This PG owner is not stable. Always looking for money. He will say something initially then later he will speak different. Except food, everything is worst. No proper maintenance. This PG owner often ask to change the room. He asked me to change to the attached room. That room is not clean, when I raised concern. He is saying for Rs 600 per day room will be like this. I asked him to clean and give but for that he asked me to vacate the PG. I have been living there from June 3 2025 till today Sep 8th 2025. He asked me to change so many rooms. Slow speed fan, restroom flush issue, geyser issue, bed bugs so many, washing machine issue. For these many issues he use to get maintenance amount Rs 2000 from us while registering which is not refundable. He will increase rate monthly wise. I paid Rs 8500 per bed during the month of July. Later he increased to Rs 10000 per bed, when I raised concern. After registration and paying the amount this PG owner will say one dialogue " I will not listen you, becoz you are in my place" if you wish to stay, else look for another PG. For the amount we paying is not worth to stay in this PG. So kindly look for better PG by avoiding this. Attached all m

Roadside staying is better than in this PG I will not Recommend this PG so Don't Vist For this PG Food-⭐ Even single ⭐ also not worth Maintenance -⭐ Cleaning-⭐ Rooms are very dirty Full of Bed Bugs Unable To sleep After 11pm Lift Will be Turned off Paying and staying in This PG is worthless (Mainly owner will say we will use Sunflower oil but they will use Ruchi Gold Palm Oil )

My experience at the PG was highly unsatisfactory. The owner's rude behavior and refusal to refund my security deposit left me disappointed. Despite reasonable amenities and a convenient location, the owner's unprofessional conduct created a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere. Communication was also difficult, and I was even blocked from addressing my concerns. I cannot recommend this hostel to others until the management takes prompt action to address these issues and improve the overall experience for residents.

Let me give you an overall review. I stayed in Mohan PG in a single room from Oct 2022 till March 2023. There are some good points and some bad points. Let me go to good points first. When i stayed there, this pg provided individual geyser for hot water, an automatic washing machine , semi automatic washing machine, lift, fridge on each floor, wastebasket outside every room etc. Food was okay. He tried to solve problems as soon as it came. He is friendly. There was daily cleaning from Monday to Friday. Almost all the time, cleaning is for the room unless we mention the clean bathroom as well. Room cleaning is good. Bathroom cleaning is without use of any cleaning agents. The building is new. Locks are good for doors and almirah. Everything is good. There were times when food was not that good. But it is okay. The location was good too as it is on the main road. Now comes the bad points: For me from October till March, rent for a single was 18k per month. Advance was 5k which he told he will refund when I inform him a month before vacating. I know that owners would be hesitant in refunding the advance. Hence I asked if i could reduce the advance from last rent or not. He told me to

I recently stayed at this Co-living PG and had an excellent experience! The rooms were spacious, and always kept clean. The bed linens were fresh, and the room was regularly cleaned, which made me feel comfortable and at home. Stayed from April 2023 to January 2024 the PG is good. The food is also okay.Wifi and washing machine are provided and every floor has a Refrigerator.It's just next to road so lot of horn honking. The pg is well maintained and owner is friendly.
