Worst experience. they will ask you to pay extra because of some vague reason that this is the peak season going on. No food serve. They say its a resort but its not even a hotel. It’s. a service apartment. The staff didn’t even helped to carry bags. No hospitality and zero aminities. Not even wifi

ALERT... Worst Experience... As I booked a room for my family and got to know that I need to sahre my first/living room with another family... Fraudulent and deceiving images, hotel room descriptions and you can not do anything after you come to know about their fraud posting in all their booking sites. Their Family room with a living is not a private room its a shared room. Maybe this should have suit better for a hospital... crappy plan team.

MC Suite has good hotel rooms but remember that this is a service apartment. So you will have common dining area, fridge, balcony but your own washroom and room. It is a good nice place to stay if you are a couple or couple with kids. If you are family of 4 to 5 adults then this is best place to stay. Thank you MC suite for good service

This is a service apartment. Staff were courteous and supportive. Rooms were neat with comfortable bed. There is AC, TV, Kettle, sofa, a small kitchenette, cupboard inside the room. Although it's a service apartment, rooms look right out of hotel since it's a new building. Location is good. Basement parking can handle 5 cars but there is plenty of space to park nearby. There are mountain view rooms, where we can see the chamundi temple. There's a good vegetarian restaurant, Sattvik just opposite this building. The only drawback is, the TV does not have anything except DD channels. We can watch OTT with our own IDs but then the wifi connection is spotty. Would recommended for family stay.

This property is said to be new (January 2022). The place is clean. Rooms are reasonably bigger. They have three bedded rooms. Ensure that you ask for single room if you are traveling with one family. They have two room combi which is having a common living area in addtion to the bedroom. Ideal if two families travel together or else it is sheer nuisense. No food. No room service. Food delivery app service available in the area. This is located in 1st Phase, J.P.Nagar, Mysore. Daignolly opposite you can very good vegeterian food at Clarke's Inn and Suites. We paid Rs. 3000/- per night for two which is 'Not Value for Money'. Polite and freindly staff.
