Dog shit wifi, almost 0 service when it comes to the resident warden. They try to call us out on whatsapp groups saying we use too much Electricity/water etc. But guess what? We are paying for it all and we will use it however we want. And also bug infestation is crazy

Truly terrible place for a Stanza. It is bed bug ridden, they don't have any support staff, half the time electricity isn't there, power back up isn't there, wifi doesn't work, management barely even visits the location. The high ratings are definitely bought cuz this is not at all as per stanza's usual standard. Food also comes pre packed from God knows where and always items are missing or rice is stale. I'm trapped here for two more months. Pray for me. All you get are passive agressive texts on WhatsApp that residents are using "too much electricity/water/food" as if we are not out here paying money for ever unit consumed and even when unconsumed honestly, cuz they charge electricity bill for common areas but to date I have not received any invoice showing me the units used in common areas. Truly miserable.

Worst coliving PG evening. Below are the issues or problems for the tenants. I am shocked what people are giving good ratings. 1. My onboarding was so stressful as there are bed bugs in almost all the rooms. In night I have to swap the room for emergency purpose. 2. Most of the time internet issues. Call getting dropped suddenly, site issue. Internet support team is working very slow. 3. Food is ok but too spicy. 4. Too much of noise coming from outside as there are always construction is going on. 5. In a day atleast 4 to 5 times the power cuts off and generator takes 25 min to starts and runs. Overall it is a good PG to living in.

Worst company. I lived in Stanza for 1 year. Firstly I was in Genoa House then they said to shift in Salta house in one day. They are not providing any notice. I left Stanza Property on 28th of August and still I didn't get my refund. I left the house just bcoz stanza vacate the house and even i extended my contract and paid ₹4000 more. In their contract they've written that they will give refund within 45 days but it's been more than 2 months and still i didn't get my refund. Total refund amount is ₹6000 and additional they asked to pay ₹4000 for extending contract. So that ₹10000 they will need to give. And when I go there to talk they are saying that you'll get but they are not giving any date.
