“Its a worst place to live they just want to take money from with their stupid policies like token money usually when you want to book something in advance but they are charging token money even when you will start living the same day. Its run bunch of kids who have no idea how to speak and how behave when they want to inform about something they just enter rooms without even asking permission. Their app is a big head ache its almost never works,lags or doesnt get updated.this review is in general to all the zolo branches. Bella casa has good rooms but donot know how long will they stay good as this is a new building and maintainance is pathetic here. Customer care never pick up your call and when you msg they will say they have arranged a call back but you will never recieve the call back. I want to share my experience--I have done the payment yesterday itself and i received the receipt also but it was not showing in the app and their customer care phone is always switch off And zolo care taker has kept calling me the whole day to raise a ticket but even ticket is not being raised because of some unknown error in app issue. On and a whole i was worst experience ever to stay here”

“After getting a job in Banglore, I moved here in November 2022 I stayed here till Jan 31st 2023: Not suggesting it anyway!! 1: They are taking token money from people in the name of reserving the room: If you are directly coming and booking in the same fay, the also the token money is taken. (Fraud way) 2:They are taking 30K Around as a Deposit for 2 Sharing room and the rooms are not good as of 30K Deposit.You only can get Single Bed which is Very Small and a cupboard which is not even secure and A chair - table of worst ever quality. 3: they are charging 13k for 2 sharing room which is not worth it as per as the room quality. 4:You can't connect multiple device with the WiFi(only 1 device allowed) 5:After paying 13k for the room rent you have to pay Electricity Bill separately:: What a shame!! 6:The worst part is You will find cockroaches in the Rooms. 7.Dont opt for food from here. Quantity is pathetic and quality too:: 8:The staffs are not good : Simply they come into the rooms without seeking the permission as they have master key for every room. 9: Maintainance is poor : Most of the times you will find lift is not working, empty water can in the corridor 10:In Park”

“Infrastructure is good! Zolo is lucky they got such a building, but zolo is not maintaining good! Water problem always, no proper hot water as the heater never works. No privacy, zolo staff rushes into your rooms and checks cupboards without permission. Even after paying extra for food they give sandwich and bread items for breakfast. The senior management of this zolo is irresponsible, no action is taken on any complaints. All Promised facilities are never given. Lot of restrictions. Hope zolo management take some real action steps in solving the problems faced by the customers.”

Alok Rai★★★★★I recently stayed at Zolo, and while the amenities seemed decent at first, I was quite disappointed with the hygiene standards. There was a significant cockroach problem in my room, which made the stay uncomfortable. Despite raising concerns, the issue was not addressed effectively. Cleanliness and pest control should be a priority, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve this. A more proactive approach to hygiene would greatly enhance the living experience for residents.

Shardul Kulkarni★★★★★I have been staying here for about a year now. My initial days of stay here till the start of 2024 were without a doubt awesome. But now everything is in shambles as I see it, since the new property manager (caretaker) has arrived. The quality of service and standard is not how it used to be. 1. Bugs problem is persistent in rooms. 2. Invasion of privacy by the caretaker. He gets bothered if anyone brings friends of opposite gender to their rooms. 3. Wifi speed has gotten slower day by day. I have to switch on mobile hotspot for work. 4. Lately, the rent is increasing every month. Also, Zolo has unilaterally decided to convert all triple sharing rooms to double sharing, and thus we're forced to pay the revised double sharing rent. effective immediately next month. No prior discussion or consent was taken from tenants. 5. What anyone eats/drinks in common areas is not something caretaker should be bothered about. As long as people enjoy the place without disrupting the ambience and order of the common area, I don't think so he should have a say with what people eat/drink.

Rajasekar Perumalsamy★★★★★Within a month they revised the charges by 2000 rs+. Local caretaker says, it's a management call, I can't do anything. If your write them mail after mail, they will approach you after a 4th reminder. Very adamant response. If we simply the response. The statement is " This is how we are. If you want, you stay here. Else get out of our property immediately by paying 1 month penalties". I opted for moving out. I never ever recommend this looters to any one.

I stayed here from April. I am going to put in my notice in September. I am leaving because it has been a very poor experience so far. The good rooms don't make it worth my money if I have to wait for the next day for running water in the taps

Thy have now deleted the number from thr website. I think thy run a scam parallely. I still have all the proofs with me but alas... Thy are fraud. Very bad experience

R V.★★★★★No security and cases of intrusions, very incorporative people. No proper management to resolve issues. Dont make a choice to go with zolo branches. Pest infested spaces and unhygienic stay. Have had 3 pest controls in 3 months.

Vishesh Awasthi★★★★★So, this is me editing the rating from 5 to 1 after an year. I have stayed at this place for 2 years right after the hostel opened. Felt like a good place to stay after it opened, but now?? OH MY GOD. These people leech money on everyday basis. I'll tell you why you shouldn't invest to stay here at all. 1. Increament of rent charges 2. Increament of food subscription charges 3. Increament of e-bill (coomon amenities charges being added now?!) Also you'll never know what are e-bill breakup charge. 4. Covid relief charges 5. No customer care support from anywhere, they're extremely useless 6. Also, Its been more than a month I have not got my deposit yet. Don't waste your money in those luring pictures anymore, it doesn't look like that anymore. Also, pandemic has lead to cockroach infestation on the property lately. You might get a few in your fridge or food or ear while sleeping. So think before you invest here.
