“First of all, thanks for the credit, Mr. Appu 😎 (by the way, you’ve got quite a reputation in your PG — ask them once! 🤣🤣). Do you really think your PG is good enough to make people feel comfortable? 🤔 Let’s start with the food 🍛 — honestly the worst possible experience. The cook never seems sober, always chewing panparak and probably drinking on the job 🍶😵. The dal curry? It’s magical ✨ — the dal and water separate themselves in a perfect 1:3 ratio within seconds 💀. You talk about “cooktops” and “facilities” — but who even needs to cook if your food was actually edible? 🤷♂️ And let’s not forget, we paid ₹470 per month 💸 — it’s not charity. That so-called TV 📺 you boast about — ever worked properly? The clothes-washing area and kitchen are filthy 🧼🚫. Hygiene level: zero. How many times did you reuse afternoon rice for dinner? 🍚➡️🍽️ You proudly announce “Sunday Biryani Night” 🍗 — but mixing plain rice with leftover chicken curry isn’t biryani, it’s a crime 🚨. “I stayed in this place for a very short period from start of 2020 March. It was the time when Covid started hitting the country and my employer asked me to leave to home and take work from home. Like many of us I too was under the impression that I'd be able to come back within couple of weeks or so. But as we know, the lockdown was extended again and again and the plight of work from began and is still ongoing. When I left the PG, I kept my belongings safely in the locker provided to me. I kept on paying the monthly rent for the same reason even though i never went back due to travel restrictions. After a few months when i was certain lockdown or covid is not going to go away anytime soon, I called up the caretakers of this PG and asked them to courier my stuff to me and I'd pay the courier charges. They were initially very reluctant to do so, even though there is a courier center not more than 100 meter from the place. after much convincing they send my items though courier but when I received it, I found MY BLUETOOTH HEADSET WAS MISSING...!! It was a newly purchased JBL model, I didn't took it with me because there was no space in my bags to keep its box. When i checked with ”

“It used to be above avg pg,but afterwards 2020 its quality degraded. owner response is worst(behavioral issue). Food quality down to below avg. Drinking water container are not cleaned in regular basis(Algea,go green). Room space is little more congested. Wifi is kind of avg. speed Overall nice place to stay,but not more than 8months.period”

Subrata Mandal★★★★★If you are happy and respectful man, please do not come here. The frustrated manager of this PG do not how to behave. He alone thoughts everything in PG, like Food, PG service, News Paper and all only available for Manager. Every time he shouts and sound 'get out from PG", reason may be for a Paper or demand for food on time or to demand quality of food. No doubt the PG owner is very good & respectful man. In Single line worst management due to worst manager. The Manager is too rude and worst mannered. He doesn't deserve this manager position for this PG. The PG is No doubt good without manager. At lease coming from office if want to face some 3rd class mannered manger, then you are welcome to this PG. All the best.

farhan mirza★★★★★I have been living in this pg for one year, and the food used to be good as compared to other pg's but current situation is very bad, food quality has gone to worse, manager is literally a headache. For an instance today I asked 2 spoon of suger in the kitchen and that manager didn't have courtesy to allow the cook to provide me for curd. actually thing is they don't want to provide good or basic facilities. After a lot of complaining and unnecessary arguments also they don't want to improve their attitude towards tenants. honest review, I'll not recommend this pg to new person or anyone, they will lure you by 6 days non-veg food and all stuff but the truth is they provide 3 small 2 centimeter chicken piece (literally you'll not believe me visit and see) with no taste watery gravy. what is the meaning of six times when you won't provide quality a single time.
