“They refused to return my security deposit, claiming some self-made rule that you have to inform them 1 month in advance before leaving, or else they’ll forfeit your money. This so-called rule was never mentioned in any written agreement or notice — it’s completely arbitrary and illegal. According to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, any term not mutually agreed upon and signed cannot be enforced. Their action also amounts to unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I’ve already noted down all evidence (payment receipts, chats, and their messages) and am preparing to file a complaint in the District Consumer Forum and report it on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH portal). 👉 Be careful — they make their own rules, keep your deposit, and exploit tenants. Avoid this PG at all costs!”

“Owner and manager are very friendly. So humble and soft spoken people I have not seen in PG life. Amenities are good. Wifi,washing, parking,food all things are available. Newly constructed, so still people are moving in.”
