“⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointed with Unfair Charges I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. At checkout, I was charged ₹200 for a lipstick mark on a towel, which I feel is completely unfair. There were no signages, no prior information, and no policy displayed anywhere about such penalties. Every hotel expects normal usage of towels, and a simple stain should not lead to extra charges without informing guests in advance. This felt like an unnecessary and sudden billing, and it left a very bad impression of the property. Hotels should maintain transparency and communicate any additional charges beforehand. I hope the management takes this seriously and avoids such unpleasant surprises for future guests.”

“Extremely disappointing stay. Room service was very poor throughout my 6-day stay. Food quality was unacceptable, especially the rotis, which were badly prepared and often inedible. Service was slow, careless, and below basic hospitality standards. The only thing acceptable was breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their food quality and room service.”

The service was pathetically terrible and unresponsive. Food was bland and lacked freshness, which was a huge letdown. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and poor service made for a very unsatisfactory stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant experience. Note : if i had an option to give zero rating i would not mind to give. It was really a very very very disappointed.

However, the behavior of the staff at the end was quite disappointing. A small towel was reported missing, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff showed a lack of trust by asking to check our bags—something that felt deeply disrespectful. Despite not finding the towel, they still went ahead and charged us for it. This left us with a very negative impression and unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise decent stay.

Rohit★★★★★I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel during my recent visit for a dine-in. The management staff named Pavan was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My 2-year-old child accidentally stood on the sofa, which I understand may not be ideal, but his reaction was completely out of line. He used abusive language towards both me and my child, which was deeply upsetting. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, he chose to insult me and even began to lecture me on how to raise my child. This behavior was not only uncalled for but also downright disrespectful. I will not be returning to this establishment and strongly advise others to reconsider before visiting. No one should ever have to endure such treatment, especially in front of their young child.

They do not wash the bed sheets so that the stain stays and they can charge the customer, even after proving them that the stain is from a washable marker they still argue and started raising voice in front of a 3 year old kid. Such a horrible experience would never visit such money minded company ever again. Worst decision to stay here
