Why the score — what people flag
“At the time of enrolling, they made a lot of false promises of giving microwave, fridge, cloth stand, etc in room. We paid extra for that reason. Fridge was given to us after 4 months of constantly reminding them. Microwave was never given to us. We asked for induction in place of thè microwave. They refused saying electrical issues and all, which were false. Food is horrible. Rooms are no doubt clean and spacious. Also, at the time of leaving they didn’t refund my deposit. The rule was to return the deposit when you give them a notice of 1 month. I told them 25 days before of my departure that I am leaving, but they refused to give. I then asked to atleast return 50% they refused in that also. Also started giving false claims that you gave less deposit and all. I showed them the proof. Then they started talking rudely that we won’t give the deposit. Washing machine were not working properly. 1 inlet pipe supports 4 machine. So basically it will take 2 hours to wash your clothes. Owners were good earlier but later on they were very rude. Also given the false promises,food and washing machine conditions it’s expensive.”

“The room wasn't cleaned even after informing them a day before coming. There were cockroachs in the room. Food was also not great. The warden wasn't there in the PG for many days.So we couldn't go to anyone with the issues. Overall, I didn't have a good experience in this PG.”

Mridula Unicorn★★★★★Horrible Pg. The pg was once a good place. But now the owner lady is so horrible that she calls and shouts at us for no reason. Doesn't provide any facilities. They put lot of unhealthy stuff in food that many of us had fallen sick because of it.She keeps increasing the rent every six months and if we call to talk about it she asks us to get out of there.Very rude and impolite.I have had a terrible experience here. It's not safe at all even though it's on top of HDFC bank.Stay away from this pg girls.🙏

Srikanth Reddy★★★★★The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Being located on the main road with proper lighting on all sides, it feels safe and secure. Most of the residents appear decent, which is an added advantage. I would definitely recommend it.

And many more . 8- everyday proper cleaning I like the affectionate behaviour of Uncle and Aunty towards us , they makes us feel as home.
