After reading few reviews, decided to stay for a short while. But my experience turned out to be bad selection. Positive reviews about this property seems to paid reviews. Based on my experience, I do not hesitate to say that it is one of the worst place to visit. No doubt property owner has spent good sums on development. But the main issue is quality of service & honesty in dealing. Regarding per day Price ₹. 829/-! Please don't rely on what is published in this platform. Reality is something different. They charge you minimum 50% more. Tea and Coffee rates are more costlier than 5 star hotels in Metropolitan Cities. But don't ask for quality.

if someone want to know about this place in only one word that would be pathetic, where drunk people are pissing and vomiting in open area or near to your room, and owner also giving company to these guys, as per hotel owner cafeteria is for family but people are smoking and drinking, so not sure how this is become family area, room are smelling like public toilet, toilet are not cleaned in years so think of condition, food is prepare in crude oil not into any vegetable oil , so you can think about how food would taste, no proper power supply in night as this place in village so power cut would be very common , even if you insist to turn on generator , they will say fuel is not there in generator and owner is picking the call , so final answer we can’t do much, you need to spend night without power with having tons of mosquito, so solution is turn on your car if you lucky to have and spend night in the care ,until fuel last in the car. After this also if you feel something is missing, please visit this place surely it would be nothing less that hell

The worst expirence I had ever...... We booked earlier.... Even then they alloted the cottage to someone else and showed us a room which was very small and untidy.... We rejected it and wandered like anything for lodging...... Because of them our long desired hampi trip was miserable...... Never believe these guys.... Not at all suitable for family
