Pros: This is a large market with a wide variety of products. It is conveniently located on the main road and has good parking space for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Cons: The staff behavior is disappointing. Even if you haven’t touched any item, they speak rudely. I faced an incident in the pulses section where another customer picked up an item, but the worker came to me and blamed me instead. I calmly told him that they should check and arrange items properly instead of accusing customers. Prices are also higher compared to e-commerce platforms. Most employees seem uninterested in assisting customers. Overall, it’s better to save time and shop online.

Don't even deserve single star... Worst place to buy Chicken, meat. I got admitted to hospital due to stomach ache after having chicken from here . Got food poisoned. It's very dangerous place. They gave me rotten chicken. They are playing with people life.

Dear Big Market Team, I appreciate the quality of products you provide. However, I have faced issues with your delivery service. At times, your executives mention that delivery is available regardless of the order amount and distance but other times they state that delivery is only possible for orders above ₹1500 since the distance is more. This inconsistency creates confusion and inconvenience. I kindly request you to maintain a stable and transparent delivery policy to ensure a better customer experience.

Exorbitant prices and mediocre quality. I just purchased vegetables at Big Market today. And I must say it is exorbitantly priced. The sad part is the vegetables are not even fresh. The reason I specifically mention the price is because as per today's vegetable prices in the whole of Bangalore, bitter gourd costs Rs 28 per kg but we bought it for Rs 42 per kg. The most expensive variety of carrot is Rs 56 per kg and Big Market charged us Rs 75 per kg. Beet root which is selling at Rs 36 per kg was sold to us at Rs 50 per kg. Big market is BIG on prices but not big on quality. This is absolutely ridiculous that you guys charge so much for vegetables and they don't even remotely match the current rates. Never buying from you again. Also will recommend others that they be careful when they purchase from you. My bill should have been 300 instead of a highly overpriced 400+. Please ensure that you quote reasonable prices. Expected better from you since you are one of those bigger stores in Chandapura.

Recently I purchased Asal batter from Big Market Chandapura the food expiry date is 12June but it's useless before 9th June. When I asked them they are telling it's not our product you have done wrong. It means if you eat and food posing will happen they will not accept any faults from there side. Very pethaic

This is what they deliver to people in the name of offer. They are making the customers baboons by cheating overall. Quality is so depleted and I suggest better to get the stuffs from D Mart or other vendors compared to the Big Market. I lost my money and they never accepted for return or refund. Even though I paid the amount for my goods due to the technical issue from their side I had to paid the amount once again to purchase the product. It is one of the worst market , Road side shop is much more better in terms of management. THE BIG MARKET should see and learn from them... Very expensive place. But I used to go here 3 times a week as it was convenient. However, I thought they saw me as a customer but I bought a vegetable grinder for 120 rs and I didn't like the way it functioned. So when I tried to return it, they were very rude and refused to do so. If 120 rs is more important to you than losing my business, I'm doing my shopping elsewhere. I'm getting my vegetables at the local places. You need to learn customer service.

Pros: 1. A wide range of items available, including some quality products. 2. Plenty of staff to cater to your questions. Cons: 1. Most of the imported food stuffs are nearing their expiration date; want quality products, choose something other than food. 2. Absolutely horrible ventilation and little to no fans/AC in operation. 3. Prices are bad.

Worst staff, There is one old man who is staff of Big market. He is very rude and laugh at customer. There is no escalation matrix there. Staff is worst, specially that old man. I will recommend to every one that stay away from this supermarket.
