“Maintenance is poor and not up to basic standards. The food quality is not good at all and does not meet basic expectations. Pricing is inconsistent, and residents are told not to discuss it, which shows a lack of transparency. The owner’s behavior is not the same in front of people and behind the scenes. Female residents were asked to vacate suddenly due to a switch to a gents PG, without proper notice. Communication has been rude and unprofessional. Overall, the management is more money-focused than resident-focused.”
