Extremely disappointed with this PG. The experience has been nothing short of pathetic. From the start, everything was overpromised and underdelivered. The place is heavily over-advertised online, showing clean rooms, good facilities, and professional management — but the reality is the complete opposite. The rooms are poorly maintained, common areas are dirty, and basic services like regular cleaning, Wi-Fi, and even proper food (if provided) are inconsistent or completely absent. When asked about it, the management either gives excuses or simply ignores complaints. The worst part is the dishonesty when it comes to money. They are not transparent at all about charges and deposits. Hidden fees keep showing up, and they often lie about what’s included in the rent. Getting your security deposit back is another nightmare — they make up reasons to deduct large amounts without justification. The staff and owner are unprofessional and often rude if you question them. They make it sound like a premium PG in advertisements, but it’s far from that. You’ll end up paying more for poor service and a lot of unnecessary stress. This is not just a case of bad service — it feels like an intent

Worst PGs out there. It is atrocious to claim to provide amenities if they can't be maintained properly. The portable refrigerator has not been working for a very long time & they haven't fixed it yet. It is smelly now. The wifi is highly unreliable. I could barely make it on WFH mode. It stops working almost every day and take another couple of hours for repairing. Worst PG I ever stayed, Before choosing it take a stairs to reach the floor. They didn't cleaned it for a while. This is how they are maintaining entire pg. Only attractive point is the pg office setup area. Internet connectivity is very bad it give tough competition to bsnl if it works then disconnect if more ppl connected, If u see the kitchen area u won't eat. Even the owner of the pg order food from outside he won't eat the food what they are providing in PG. Bed bugs are there. Owner won't return your money he will drag u like anything. Cost is high comparing with other PGs. Only good thing is they mop the floor once in a week. Tv is there but they won't recharge it. Washing machine it will show 1hr but take 2-3hr to complete. Drinking water most of the days I find empty canes. Food waste they keep it for minimum two days. Sink most of the time stagnant only. Pls check the recent review don't check old review.

The worst experience ever, please don't go to this place to stay, for 300 people only 2-3 maintainance people, unhygienic, very small rooms , you won't get response for any problems u share with them, totaly waste of money, they ask you 1 month rent advance please don't become fool by giving like tat, they won't return you at any cost while emptying. TV are there but they won't recharge you, there is no proper electricity also. It's a disastrous experience for me to spend lot of money for worst place I ever seen in my life

Food is only awesome but No hot water all the time as mentioned those who are going office early morning will surely suffer. And main thing is one washroom is shared by 5 people whish worst case (whatever sharing type you select) and they are charging minimum 7500 for three sharing. Even I paid 11500 for single sharing but still I am using common washroom which is shared by 5 people....n Rooms are very much conjustable .you won't even get place to walk inside you will have to roll on bed only.... whatever sharing you take there won't be space in room and you have to use common washroom. Food is good but you can't survive only with that getting other things worse here

Worst PG in the Bangalore. No cleanliness, Bad foods, Rats will be roaming everywhere in the PG. They won't return your advance in any situation. Beware of this PG. If there is a choice to give 0 Stars I would've given. Rents are tooo damn high for this trash rooms. Fell into the trap by seeing their website. They will show you a good room at first time you visit which you wont stay in that room. After paying advance and rent they will provide you a trash room where nothing works no heaters, no tv, no wifi and more importantly they will say 24/7 backup but the truth is no power backup. The PG is decent, rooms are very small..not at all spacious. Beds are full of bedbugs. Food quality is average. Cleaning staff is good and responsive. The management staff is really very bad. Also pathetic Wi-Fi!

Worst PG ever. I'd not recommend anybody to stay here. I've been here for 4 months in a sharing room and I've had the worst experience. My room mates got changed to a new pg within a month. First all, there are room bugs. I mean everywhere. Can't sleep. Tried sleeping on floor. Didn't help. Full of bugs. Food is fully North Indian. Expect to see dal everyday. Current cuts are often. Toilet flushes doesn't work half the time. Cub boards doesn't have locks and it's very small. Room service comes inside our room for cleaning when we're not there and sometimes leave the room unlocked. No safety for items. Alcohol bottles and cigarettes can be found everywhere. It's the worst PG ever. I regret joining here. This is my cent. Care if you care. Join if you dare.

From the day one, they will tell you lies that here are no bedbugs but believe me, this PG is home of bedbugs. Unprofessional, they don't have manners to talk with there customers. The photo looks good but the reality is different, too small rooms and huge monthly rent.

This is the WORST PG I ever visited, rooms & beds are very dirty, small with very bad smell and 1 washroom for 3 rooms (9 members) with the rent of 7.5 thousand rupees that is totally waste of money. The pictures what you are seeing are very old & those are taken 8-9 years back and the good reviews are given by paid people I guess. I suggest you never ever plan to stay in this PG, if u won't believe my words just visit once, you will get to known the reality.

Used to be good but has degraded a lot in its services- constant problems with WiFi, no electricity backup, problems with cleaning staff, sometimes no water as well... There was a time when it used to be much better than this, but it's a total waste of money now. Beware that it has a huge problem of bed bugs and the food is totally inedible.

Very worst maintenance and considering the same facilities in this area price is huge. People needs to consult doctor because of bed bugs. Such a cheap Management peoples. This is a horrible pg. All claims are false The owner is a fraud . He doesn't refund the deposit money. Foods are worst for even the domestic animals. No power back up, no warm water, wifi is extremely week,no service at all .Washing machine is out of order. Do not ever think of staying there.

Let me tell you straight .. I don't know how it got very good ratings (4.1). Seriously ??? I went there and believe me its not what it looks in pictures. Just to make you aware that this PG is in a huge building and can accommodate more than 500 persons but that doesn't mean its a PG I will recommend. Below are my findings after visiting the place. 1. PG is not in a very good location. 2. The Rooms as shown in Pictures are not as they looks. Just a work of clever photography. 3. Rooms were small and by meaning small they were really small. 4. I visited two-three rooms there and there was a smell which I just can't describe. 5. In pictures they have shown very good bed and mattress but it is not in reality. And the worst part is about to come. There plans for room rent were awful. They had three categories 1) Single occupancy room --> In this category they had 3 options. --- For 11K you will be getting a very small room with a steel bed and worst part you need to share the bathroom with 6-8 person. --- Second in 13K you will be getting a balcony on top of 11K room and the bathroom status is just same. --- Third option is 19K where you will be getting the same room with separate
