The rooms were completely unhygienic. Cockroaches everywhere. Sheets were torn, washrooms too didn't seem clean, window had all pigeon droppings and I don't think the hotel has ever cleant that. We asked for a room change but unfortunately that too was the same. They cleant our room even though we didn't ask for it and my expensive watch went missing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I was at a loss from all ends

Extremely disappointed with my experience at FabHotels. I booked a room for December 9th and specifically requested an early check-in at 6 AM. While booking, the customer care representative confirmed it was possible for an additional ₹500 and even provided a contact number for confirmation. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that early check-in would cost 50% of the actual room price. Both the customer care agent and the given contact number were unreachable. It’s frustrating that they share incorrect information just to secure bookings and then disappear when issues arise. Beware of such misleading practices — double-check everything before booking.

Next time I will think twice before booking Fab hotels

Booked the room in hotel website. once i booked the room, i came to know. check in time is after 12 pm. i require room morning 7 am. i contacted there helpline number , they given hotel number. while asking the person, it is not possible for early check in, he suggested me to cancel this booking and book directly with him at additional rate, earlier tarriff 2300 suddenly he increased it to 3000. i have cancelled the room prior (2 days from stay) but they have not given back advance amount.

Don't be fooled by the pictures they're completely misleading. The rooms are old, dirty, and in terrible condition. Everything feels worn out and neglected, and even the bedsheets were covered in stains. It was honestly disgusting. I ended up leaving and booking another place altogether because I couldn't imagine spending a night there. What made things worse was the complete lack of accountability. Agoda refused to cancel the booking because I had paid at the hotel, and the hotel refused because I had booked through Agoda. Both sides kept blaming each other, leaving me stranded and out of money. It's a total scam, I was ripped off by both Agoda and the property. Avoid this place at all costs

The building is under construction. At the time of booking I enquired about the construction status. I was informed that the construction was complete.. But when my guests arrived at the hotel, they found the building under construction,. The rooms were dungy, smelly and scary... I had to shift my guests to another hotel. I feel ashamed to have booked such hotel for my office guests.

We were supposed to stay here for 5 days, while attending a wedding in Bangalore, and checked out after one day, as we could no stand the place. The rooms all smelled of urine, the beds and furnishings were ripped, torn or worn out. The A/C did not work. The service was awful - the boys working there did not know English, Hindi or Kannada ... and they were totally untrained in what they were supposed to do. They messed up all our clothes - colors mixed up, other people's clothes mingled with ours, etc. The breakfast was marginal - but the juices they had there had gone bad.

I booked this place on makemytrip and had one of the most horrible experiences. I had booked two rooms for four people. Firstly the hotel manager told me that there was no booking yet and called the fab hotel hotline. Once that call happened, my booking appeared but surprisingly on their end it was showing only one room. The fabhotel hotline person told me that I had booked only one room and I had to pay to get another room. This is an absolute joke as I had paid for two rooms. Then I had to call the makemytrip customer care and get the issue sorted. This whole process took one hour. Rooms were decent and the hotel manager was also good. I don't understand the reason why the contact of the hotel is not provided with the booking. This is highly inconvenient as there is no way to confirm the booking. Lesson learnt :Will never book a fabhotel again.

the food which is served is not good,and also the building needs some repairments.|and there is alot of small toaches and insects that was verey bad.i chosed here because it was near my college.but im sure there are othere hotels whith more reasonable prices than here and also fancier.
