i visited this place because i was looking for a place to stay, and oh my it was so bad, so so bad, prices are 7.5-8k/month, minimum booking of 6 months, its so cramped and gloomy, the 2 rooms i visited (2 sharing and 3 sharing) such a big mess, its almost dark and just a very dead and gloomy environment, and literally worst thing possible, the caretaker was a man who literally entered both the two rooms with the master key while there were girls inside, without any notice, feels like a very unsafe place, i wouldnt like to live in such a place, hope this review helped anyone, ok bye

This is the worst pg and i personally don't recommend this to anyone. The lady rents out your room for 300bucks without even informing you to some random person(outsider) in your absence. There's no security for any of your belongings and the cupboards have no proper locks. I have personally experienced this , wherein the lady had rented out my room ,in my absence to some outsider for 1day and hasn't informed me at all. I got to know, that someone had stayed in my room only after finding a used shampoo sachet lying on the floor in my washroom, few expensive items ( watch , cosmetics) were missing and the lady argues that "it's her pg" and she can rent it out to anyone of her choice , u can't even keep your laptop safe here, most of the times you won't even have proper electricity and they donot have any backup plan for it. The washing machine is just a showpiece , I would say. Apart from the food being tasty on few days a week there's nothing much u can expect from this pg. Hygiene and maintenance is worst , anyone can break the locks it's that delicate. At last what u can hear from the management lady is "if u want u can stay here ,else please clear the rent and leave" . This is

They don't deserve any star also don't even trust on 5 or any positive reviews. If don't believe then go through the less but the negative reviews and trust me you will say thanks to me since what they have written in the negative reviews you will experience the same. I believe the star given good are the RV college or some college students and if you are working then definitely you will regret at the end. I regret that I could have read the reviews before but no issues I vacated her PG after 1 month and Sridhar had returned my money too. Feel petty for Sridhar (the owner) and could have given 0 star but no option for that, coz of his wife Sumalatha. I was planning to do police complaint but because of Sridhar I didn't do.

1. The warden of this pg named Sumalata is a total disaster. She acts sweet in beginning but turns psychotic from time to time and howls uncontrollably. According to her, she can throw your stuff out of the pg at any time anyday just because it's "her" PG. 2. There are always unwanted and unknown men in the pg staying nights and days, since Sumalata has decided to be it's warden. (Different men on different days) Which I do not find safe at all. This shouldn't be happening in a girl's pg. 3. Most of times, food has hair in it. Poor hygiene when it comes to meal preparation. 4. Washing machine is a 20 year old one probably taking it's last of breaths, which stops working from time to time. 5. Also, she's the level of maximum when it comes to greed. Won't even give you your security deposit back (not even a penny from it). No matter what she says, she just won't give it back. She's just pathetic and severely lacks humanity. 6. The only good thing is the view from the terrace. So, one star for this and this only.
