“One of the worst service staffs they have!! They do not have basic sense to deal with the customers. If it’s available they behave very nicely but if they minimal booking also their behaviour is so bad. And it’s not near to the road have to do off road to this place. Doesn’t recommend for family!! And if you are booking through online or over phone call they doesn’t know to answer the query’s and take bookings. Totally disappointing!! At Dharmasthala can’t see Dharma due to such people!! And the person who is booking through phone call won’t be aware of the prices, which would be communicated they will pay that and I did the same!! It’s the person who takes booking through phone to specify in details and there is a way to behave with customer when mistake has been happened from your staff side!! Before convincing the customer your staff is refunding the amount at the night for customer means where should they go at night with small baby with them?? Complete irresponsible and rude behaviour from your staff!!”

“Security wise worst yesterday only we have done marriage but security nothing theft also will be there we have lost amount when we kept marriage hall room they will not provide lock .anybody can come from the window . when we ask there is no CC camara please be careful while taking function hall.other wise you will be lost anything.”

ABHISHEK A S★★★★★Please dont call them and book....the management is worst in pre booking....no ethics followed....manager and staff are too rude..... people here are money minded ......i wanted the room on dec 31st, i called them on dec 18th and they finalised the rate....and when i was about to make the payment they told make it on dec 21st....i called back them on 21st....they again said on dec 23rd....they didn't took the booking on 23rd and asked to call on dec 25th......now today i called 2 times, at morning they told manager is not available call in the evening we will book...and when i called on evening they told its full.....if we ask we where following back to back and now ur saying its full....the manager spoke rudely and cut the call on the face.....they play with the people time......please do learn to handle the customer because customer is god.....and learn the value of time....if u say it was full on dec18th i would have looked for anothe lodge ....now everywhere it is full, because of u people i am not getting room anywhere....dont play with someone's time

Reception guy was rude and arrogant, he insisted we take two rooms with 4 beds when we wanted individual 3 rooms . It was acceptable if 2 bed rooms were not available, but even though it was available the reception guy plain denied ,Even if we were ready to pay the amount for 2 beds which was more than 4 beds .

Hemwant Prasad★★★★★Very rude behaviour: We reached Sunday late night 10:30 at Dharmasthala, Tried in Sahyadri, Rajatadtri and other hotels but there was no rooms. We searched on Google and called and confirmed rooms are available. We reached there and selected double AC room charge 1500/-. They ask me 2000/- due to curiousity, I asked why 500/- extra, guy on reception said if I miss the key, I said I am going to checkout in morning 8, is there any chance of missing key. Suddenly one guy from back said you want to stay pay or gate is that side. I shocked by that response. I asked who is at reception desk, that rude guy keeping replying. It is already 11:30 and with family, we had no choice but to stay. Very shameful behaviour by sooryakamal supper receptionist. Pros: AC room and bed size is good Well cleaned and maintaned. Cons: Far and remote location. No view from balcony, 1st floor is below ground level. No marking of hot and cold tap, have to waste 2 buckets water to get hot water. Whole night sound is coming from carridor, it may be bathroom ventilation is opening in carridor with grill only. Don't forget to see 500/- lock and key Conclusion: plan in advance, book rooms in Sahyadri or near to te

They said will not take early booking and asked to call on 7th .. I called on 6th and asked to confirm rooms. They said will send scanner n to pay to confirm booking , I didn’t receive anything until 7th mrng. When I called on 7th. They say no rooms.. And when I said that they confirmed rooms just yesterday, they said it was not me and someone else spoke.. how will a customer know who is talking.. later they scolded saying we can’t do as u say.. and they hung the phone.. very bad experience.. this is what happens if they have more money.. you should know how to talk to customer .. very very bad.. rude .. spoiled our journey. Don’t go here ..

Nd sent us out at 2 am in the morning.. Worst stay ever.. These ppl should not be trustd.. Especially the manager the one with the glasses.. Worst fellow ever nd worst management ever.. Do not book here.. Search some othr place even if it's 200 or 300 extra
