“I spent a considerable amount of time - a few months, to be exact - residing at Padmakar's PG and I must say, it was a rather challenging experience packed with more than a few difficulties. Throughout my stay, I had to deal with the owner's wife who, more often than not, acted in an intrusive and outright rude manner. She had a frequent habit of threatening to evict us without much cause, creating a rather tense and uncomfortable living environment. I also feel compelled to mention Mr. Padmakar, the other owner of the PG. He has a tendency to overcharge tenants, which I believe to be unfair. On top of that, he can be quite abrasive in his interactions, which adds to the discomfort. In summary, based on these experiences, I would strongly advise against choosing to stay at this PG. It's not a decision you would want to take lightly, as the potential stress and discomfort could greatly affect your overall well-being and satisfaction with your living situation.”

CZN★★★★★Pathetic owners! Pathetic people. Padmakar & his wife will not allow you to stay happily in this pg. Really hell out here! Never stay here! I stayed for few months & with continuous interference by these pathetic lady (padmakar’s wife), you will feel hell out here. They think they are gods if they rent out pg to students & professionals. Zero star for these people!

Hrushikesh chavan★★★★★Best pg in BTM layout 2. Staying here from last 4 years. Owner is also kind. They have provided us with all the support whenever we needed any help. I highly recommend this pg. Regular cleaning is done.
