“Worst experience ever. Pathetic Customer support. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.||If you cancel the reservation, please be prepared to fight like hell for months to get your money back (PS - I have still not got the money back yet). Would not recommend this property to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.||We had booked a couple of rooms in June'25 for the 15th August long weekend. Unfortunately we had to cancel the booking but the resort has not yet returned our money back as of Aug'25. The timelines for refund have been way past their policy. We have been calling the reservation desk everyday and yet no change in response.||Jaseer from the reservation desk would just say their accounts team is not approving the refund. It is super embarrassing to follow up so many times for your own money even after adhering to all their terms of refund policy. It seems they have a third party reservation team which would just not care about anything. Worst experience ever!!”

“Went for the dining, the receptionist was extremely rude. We were having our dog with us and as it is not pet friendly resort, when asked if we can tie our dog outside and go have lunch inside, the receptionist refused and we weren’t allowed inside. Have been visiting Hampi from past 20 years never faced such inhospitable environment. Pathetic experience !!”

“property's location is remote so we need to organize our own commuting to n fro. food is very good. amenities are a bit limited though the resort has been created beautifully. there's no TV n no WiFi so one may feel disconnected. simple things like exhaust fan in washroom is missing. there's a lot of space to move around but after sometime it becomes monotonous. we traveled by train from Bangalore n stepped in early 7:30am n requested fro early check-in but were bluntly refused by front desk staff Mr. Arfaaz. this after we saw 2 families checking out in our presence. this was a bad experience n shows how immature their front desk team is. at time of checking out we left a gift by mistake in our room. None of their team called back. we went back to resort to collect the same within 45 minutes n by that time they had already unpacked our gift item without even calling or asking us about the same. this was quite shocking. i think basic courtesy in the staff is missing n it seems like they really don't care. overall i would say that the facility is good but their front desk staff is pathetic”

Ananya Das★★★★★If I could give this place -1, I would. Apart from the location, this place has absolutely nothing going for it. The service is absolutely pathetic. They’ve got no intercoms in the room so we have to rely on the only front desk number they’ve provided. Fine, no problem. We call the front desk and tell them we need to check out at 6 am. He confirmed someone would be there to get our bags in the morning and settle the final bill and give us a receipt. Come morning, we wait for 45 mins, and nothing. We call and call and call — nothing. We had to leave for the temple tour in Hampi by 6:10 am but we left around 6:50 am. It’s not like the hotel has not taken due money and it’s not cheap either. The restaurant food is so pathetic and so cheaply made, we both got our tummies upset. My husband found an actual STONE in his pizza. So please, don’t stay here.

Uday Raghavendrareddy★★★★★Everything is so good apart from 🐊 crocodiles are literally next to you :( they said have enough food and don’t attach people which I don’t believe at all , the most and ruthless and fearless animals are crocodiles on this earth , they need to take well precautions put the nets are something every room behind and they take you walk out side if you wants which you litterly you crossing crocks paths which is very very unsafe ! I hope they do something about it before it’s to late someone life’s gone and make it more safer and apart from all that it’s beautiful and well maintained !

Steve Thomas★★★★★I had enquired regarding two deluxe A\C rooms for the long weekend coming up on August 12th and 13th for which I was offered an additional room free of cost as a first option. Once I decided to make the payment, I was told the free room offered was not available for the long weekend holiday. What a disappointment for anyone booking an holiday to Hampi. It’s one of the frustrating moments when the resort services are so confused and appear greedy to extract from their holiday guest. How do you run a service without any clear guidelines on one’s website for customers who are planning their holiday. Do you want to go there, no way I would say. Choose any other resort at Hampi who is transparent and open in their communications and welcoming to holiday folks.
