One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. Very poor response from the staff. I checked in to the a/c room. A/c remote was not available, TV remote was not working. To inform no phone is available.. No bath towels were given. Even the water bottle was empty.. It was not replenished.

I was a regular customer for this place when ever I visit mysore I use to go here only my last stay on 5th Jan 2025 in online it was showing 1200rs( MakeMyTrip ) so we decided that lets check there only so I directly visited the place he said 1500rs so I have shown the online price in my phone he was the manager of this place he said book there only and immediately he blocked the room from his end in computer so when I tried to book it showed room is not available on I came outside and I got notification that again room is available I tried to book finally it got booked I went back the customer desk and told them that room got booked becouse of not giving extra money for them he gave worst room ever I was asked to change my room he said room is full we had paid the money via online only and after that someone came to enquire about the room for them he said room is available and he gave good room... Totally this people's are money minded .... Service was pathetic and the person one who say manager he is only the first culprit worst behaviour

1st of all I booked SUVARNA SUITES, but a female from the property called me in the last minute and says that there is some technical issue and all the room are full in this property so I'll reallocate you to a different property which we own near by and changed my room to a different location(SUVARNA RESIDENCE) which was pathetic, starting from the beginning the pillow covers had 100's of holes , the chairs very very very dirty, the chairs had a lot of stains and the washroom's jet spray was very FILTHY, I definitely sure that if anyone uses it will be getting many sorts of diseases, the washroom was unfinished had some plyboards without paint freshly cut and sticked I REQUEST TRAVELLERS NOT TO STAY IN THIS PROPERTY

You need to improve on many things guys...i would say my stay at Suvarna Hotel was just Horrible....1/5. The room was so congested...the bed were in horrible condition...many of the bed coil spring were sticking out... sofa and furniture were in very bad condition...looked like not cleaned it for last one month. In Bathroom except floor everything else looked so unclean and there were only shower gel bottles no shower gel...it was so funny that the service boy asked us "whether we need towels!!!!". it was clearly mentioned in my booking that it standard AC room with breakfast....I asked the guy at reception about the breakfast...he was like we never ever serve breakfast!!!!!... and you charged us Rs.2500!!!.....it doesn't even worth Rs. 500

Worst stay!! I stayed here for 7 days, said free WiFi and it doesn't work for 3-4 days. Saying scrap reasons. Plumbing work is pathetic, water leaks every time. They said free breakfast but they give u token worth 40-50rs to eat in hotel which is beside and they charge 150 per person. I would rather prefer to directly by visiting hotel. Trust me, there are lot many options to choose for hotel nearby with better budget than this hotel. Poor management and service. Bye!

Not a good choice to stay. I had too many issues during my stay. 1. I was told on the call by receptionist that there is ample parking space(15 car parking), but there were around 5 which were already occupied and i have to park the car on the side of road. 2. We had asked for extra bed and the bedsheets provided were wet and we were told they dont have dry bedsheets as it was raining from past few days. Also they had shortage of pillows for the extra bed. I have to procure bedsheets and pillows from my relative house!! 3.They proudly say 24X7 hot water, but morning you open the tap there is no water in the hot line. And you call the caretaker to hear that motor is switched on and water will be there soon. We waited for more than 15 mins and hot water was not available, we had no choice but to take bath in cold water. 4. Suvarna Residency is not maintained well, we could see greasy taps, broken window panes in bathroom, not so clean windows, fungus on the wall. 5. The staff were also rude, and were getting irritated when asked for hot water.

I had a very bad experience on 28-12-22. I had booked a delux room from there website. Which costs 1600. Morning when checked in they provided a room when I entered the wash room it was so dirty I can't explain. Later I informed the front office were i got another room which is normal room were they charge 800 rupees. They r not even bordered about guest wat they are feeling and wat they want. Actually they r supposed to refund my amount due to normal room which I got . Irresponsible staff and management.

Arrogant and untrustworthy host (Pradeep). Cancelled the complimentary breakfast which was agreed in replacement for not having quad room (2 double bed rooms). Clearly told over the phone will pay Rs400 instead of Rs300 complimentary breakfast cost only after writing good review and not mentioning the real experience and issues we had with this host and booking.||The details are listed below and I can provide Airbnb emails and whatsapp messages to support.||||One of the worst ever Airbnb booking experiences. Don’t trust the host. He lies and doesn’t know anything about guest hospitality, guest welfare and satisfaction is 0 on his list. ||We booked the apartment through Airbnb which clearly stated for 4-6 people and 2 bathrooms and all the necessary amenities including AC. ||We arrived at 10:38AM and in check-in request we clearly mentioned 10-12. We contacted staff and no response email, call and whatsapp (eventually got email reply). We reached reception at 10:38AM and was told it will take 30-40 mins to clean the room. We went for breakfast/early lunch. Came back at 11:40 and place still wasn’t ready. After waiting again, we finally got apartment at 12:10. Kids were exhausted and

Hi guys, I have visited this hotel last month, for this they have charged the huge amount. online photos of rooms which they have posted are not same like the real hotel photos. so please be aware while booking this hotel online. The service of this hotel is worst, even after calling multiple times you will not get the common basic things which you requested. We had very bad experience as the rooms which was promised to us those were not same. Even the TV, AC, water heater were not working. Many guests who were staying in That hotel were literary fighting with hotel manager and staff for worst service. We checked out that hotel in next day and were managed to get best 4 star hotel in the same amount which we were paying to this worst hotel. So please don't visit this hotel. It's not worth.

I dont have an option to give zero rating so giving 1. We booked the service apartment for brigade, however received call from suvarna residency stating that brigade is alloted to some police ppl due to emergency & that they will provide an alternate better place. Took me to a remote village where they showed a 2bhk apartment with ongoing painting work. I denied the place & then they offered me another place which is 20 mins drive from the 2nd location, where it was a small room with cigarette smell dominant inside both the rooms. The didnt had the courtesy to understand that I was traveling along with 2 senior citizen & my 2 years twin babies. In this location search we didnt get time to eat lunch. When followed up with receptionist she said there isn't any available rooms. It was so easy for them to say rooms not available when we as consumers book the place in advance thinking that we shall have a good vacation. Writing this review while taking a quick nap in a park near mysore. Now stay option cancelled as iam not getting any other place to stay. Driving back to bangalore. Request all to avoid booking your stay through suvarna residency or even through brigade apartments.

Worst experience!!!!(I mean this literally) They are looting people for the service wat they are not providing. We had booked their guest house and paid full amount and when we went to there , we found there was absolutely no water for using the restrooms which is basic amenity. After many hours they gave us room in other hotel rooms which costed much lesser than the guest house...where again the elevator dint work .. and our old aged guests had to climb the stairs for 3 floors with all the health issues.. at the end they never refunded the extra money which we had paid .... please do not book this residency and put yourself into a fix.. worst service I have ever seen..
