Someone converted factory into PG. I have seen Rats roaming freely around the rooms. Rooms doesn't have proper air ventilation. You will feel like prison.

It was like jail rooms ...And we have to pay... And rules board...don't go ...First look impression ..and advance 3k ...Out side only 1k to 2k with better facilities... They are feeling it was 5star hotel ...lol.. After leaving they will cut 700 for your cleaning and maintenance..For 1 month also...and it was a big pg industry in industrial area ...lol

Avilable rooms for rent on day basis & monthly basis. Whole PG maintained with clean & tidy. After covid-19, all rooms are painted newly & disinfected. Breakfast, lunch and dinner also avilable. Additionally features free wifi, washing Machine, hot water, and clothe pressing also avilable. Only for men's. Owener is so genuine & friendly. Pros: Clean & tidy rooms No smoking & Alcohol inside the PG. Closed Bike parking CCTv Power backup Individual locker RO Water No hidden charges. Cons: Common rest room hot water for bathing should carried from common geyser to bathroom. No TV in rooms.

I stayed in this PG for 7 months and overall my experience was very good. The fees are low compared to other PGs in this area, which makes it very affordable. Rooms were clean and well maintained, washrooms were hygienic, and the environment was peaceful. CC cameras are available, which provides good safety and security. The management was supportive and responsive whenever needed. Food quality was decent and served on time. Overall, the stay was comfortable and tension-free. I would definitely recommend this PG to others.

This PG exceeded my expectations. From the clean rooms and good privacy to the essential amenities like a good working washing machine, everything was well-maintained. The food was a highlight, offering a taste of home. The responsive management team made the stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a PG that covers all the basics and provides a comfortable living environment, I highly recommend this one. But for me after iam vocating of room, advance money delaying to settle to me, this only problem for me otherwise overall good

To be honest it was all ok for me. I didn't see any concerning issues here. Although I don't have much experience staying in PG but I can say this that the single room that I booked for a day is good for a person who wants to get freshened up. The only issue that I had was that the room was a tad dusty. (Probably because no one used that room for a while). The premise is kept really neat an clean. Also there was no one at the reception but showed up in a couple of minutes as soon as I called them via phone. They are super friendly. Rent was 400 RS (I stayed there for 11 hrs Almost half a day) If you ask me that, Would I go back there... Most probably yes.

It was a good place in the budget. If you are taking common bathroom then use on the first floor washroom. Food and breakfast was available there , no need to wander. Also please take soap and shampoo and toothpaste with you. Near to that place shops are not available because that is industrial area. The good place in a budget. 500/- ₹ single room. For food of one day 100/-₹ extra. That's good . thanks for the hospitality
