Not good. Had booked this for 3 months stay - about 1 month back from my date of arrival. They literally cancelled my booking at the day before my journey and i did not have any plan B. I had repeatedly asked the zolo property to assure me of my room for that entire week- but no replies. Very bad experience.

I booked a room here to stay for three days as it was close to RMZ Ecoworld, where I work. However , I checked out in a day. The property was badly maintained and smelling. The floors were dirty and the front desk was not manned . The rooms and bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke and the bed sheets also were not clean. Overall, a bad experience.

It only Looks pretty, but verrry unhygienic place, bedsheets are never washed...instead the cleaner used a broom to clear the papdi that had fallen from the wall on bed. mops used are of 18th century. The reception man will cut your calls if you want to complain about the washing maching is not working or to ask to clean the room. there was a sanitary pad in the room of previous guest and the cleaners were reluctant to pick it up ..at the end.. i had to throw it off... PATHETIC.. OVERALL

Very bad experience at Zolo Lakefront Sarjapur. I had booked my stay for three days from 10 March to 12 March. According to the booking, my checkout time should have been 1:00 AM on 13 March. However, I was asked to check out of the room at 1:00 AM on 12 March. Because of this, I lost one full day of my stay. I tried to explain the issue to the management, but they were not ready to listen or resolve the problem. This was very disappointing and inconvenient. I hope the management looks into this issue so that other customers do not face the same problem in the future.
