Worst experience in my business trip while booking the hotel only I spoke with the management about 2 days of stay and mahesh accepted okay and he said me to pay 2400 rs for 2 days and I booked and after the stay we stayed for 24 hours he called me and asked for extra payment of 2200 again for next 24 hours so I asked for 2 days he only said 48 hours but he said no we can't give like that so he said me to check out at midnight so I checked out and went off so it's my humble request to my dear friends , families, business purpose visitors please don't visit this type of worst hotel and no proper service and rooms also not proper TV not working , AC not working , hot water not coming

I personally did not like the place. There is nothing as shown on google. I had booked a delux ac room, when i entered my room the only thing i could find was furniture, bed and television. There was no towels, no floor mat, no dustbin, no soap or shampoo, no drinking water, pillows were uncovered, no toilet paper. Then when i turned on the ac it dint work, tv too had an issue. Not to forget the wifi which is potrayed as an amenity of the hotel is available only in the lobby and not in the room. Thought of having dinner but the hotel doesn't even have a in built restaurant. Being a single lady i had to go and get parcel from someother place inspite of staying in this hotel. Just not worth the money.

Worst service …they don’t give u water also..no soap no towel no clean washrooms no clean beds….IF YOU BOOK AC THEY WIL CHARGE YOU AC BUT THEY WONT GIVE AC REMOTE ALSO..they won’t switch on AC ..too much BLOOD STAINS ON BEDS early morning THEY WIL SPOIL UR MOOD..they don’t have proper parking

It looks nothing like you see it on the internet. There's no proper ventilation inside the room and the washroom. Intercom isn't working. You're supposed to dial the helpline from your mobile. Tv is not working. This hotel is located in one of the worst possible places. No parking facilities. Over hyped and over priced

Room ends before it begins. It stinks. Seriously!!! Never been to a hotel like this. No towels, no water bottles, dirty pillow covers not changed. Definitely do not recommend this. There is Suvarna regency next door is much much better place to stay. Hospitality zero!!!! Cleanliness Zero!!!! Comfort nil!!!

I had been going to this hotel as its cheap and works for a night stay.||||Arrogant hotelier zero support from cleartrip. Booked this stupid hotel via cleartrip. Had booked 2 rooms at 8am. Check-in time was 12 pm, and I had requested for late check-in. Due to unavoidable circumstances had to cancel my stay. Tried to call hotelier many times there was no response. Finally after searching multiple websites and trying multiple numbers got the hotelier number. I had called and requested for cancellation at 1pm. The hotelier blamed cleartrip and cleartrip guys blamed the hotel. They could not cancel or do partial refund. The hotelier is arrogant , least bothered about customer satisfaction and same with cleartrip. It was pretty clear that the hotelier does not give damn about the customer retention or recurring business. He was not worried about reviews, nor ||Customer feedback.||||Never ever want to go there.

I had very bad experience in this hotel . I booked 2 rooms , to my surprise one of room flush wasn't working and no toiletries and towels were there , other room toiletries were not there either and most important of all no drinking water in rooms . When i checked in room previous guests dirty clothes were hanging in the room . My holiday was spoiled when I requested manager and he started raising his voice and after that even I didn't stop he said only soap they provide and rest they don't provide.In hospitality industry that hotel manager doesn't have manners and ethics to speak to customer. Worst ever experience of mine.

There is a huge bunch of amenities that I had paid for but most of them were just paid for and never there! Parking -> On the road separated by a pit where a senior citizen is expected to jump across! (But yay! that's available) Wifi -> None Kitchen/Kitchenette -> wonder what do they mean by that. Not even a glass or a jug in room was available. Elevator/ Lift -> Yeah the one that used to get stuck with the door open at ground floor. Air Conditioning -> I wonder why would a Non AC room have this amenity! Room service -> Luckily I could get to order some food from the Beer Garden, so yes that's available. Power backup -> No clue about this whatsoever. Dry Cleaning services & Laundry-> I wish they washed the stinky bedsheet and pillow cover rather than providing this as an add on showcase element. Smoking rooms -> Not my cup of tea. Intercom -> Yeah the mobile phones that we carry is supposed to behave as an intercom. Telephone -> Why does anyone have to give that right? It should be in everyone's pocket. Housekeeping -> That's a myth. Newspaper -> Definitely never seen any in the room or in the lobby. Public restrooms -> Lucky that the rooms have a restroom. Umbrellas
