Wrost quality. Same all lift won't work properly half of the times it's not working If we talk to lady owner she told we will do when wifi goes till 2/3 days nothing will happen They Didn't clean washing machine waste clothes get damaged Even water is not good At night lift will close Main door won't lock properly And the owner aunty is too rude like she won't listen if we're correct she will increase her sound , if we're correct also then she won't listen

The caretaker's behaviour is not good, when asked a few questions regarding the PG she doesn't reply and when she does it's with alot of arrogance. She showed us a room where a student was already in there she didn't knock the door just opened the room with spare keys without letting him know it's her, which says the poor boys don't have privacy. Later we asked her to show us the dinning and wash area which she didn't. The lady manages the PG for men and the way she acted shows how people living there are treated.

The owner allows others to sleep in the room in your absence for only ₹500-800 per day and when ₹2000 were stolen from my wallet I asked the owner to check the camera but they didn’t allow it and didn’t even compensate. The food quality is worst I literally eat 1-2 times a week in this pg. They don’t clean rooms properly.

Honest review 1.Rooms are good 2.they clean daily but not properly 3.food was too good for two months and they changed the chef because he is consuming more items to prepare food.. Now a chef making water curry always..not good The management is intensively doing this ..to cut down the cost.. 4.If they are providing good food the cost is ok.... Paying 10k for three sharing Because rooms are spacious and fully furnished. 5.If some one goes and complaining for food they will say some stories..

1. Rooms are good but expensive. 2. Food is average but it doesn't match the value for what you pay. 3. House keeping is not so great. 4. You will be paying a non refundable maintainance fee, in my case ₹ 4000 and a refundable deposit of ₹ 6000 so in total ₹ 10000 which in my sense is pretty high. 4. Total rent for 2 sharing is 15000/month and 10000 for single sharing. Overall very expensive PG and only thing you will get is spacious room. In total I stayed in the PG for about 7-8 months.

I stayed in the PG for 2 months below are the things I experienced Pros: 1. Spacious Rooms 2. Timely Cleaning is done 3. Unlike the other PG’s that I looked at before selecting this one, Eminence Co-living provides spacious cabinets. 4. Good quality washing machines provided 5. Spacious terrace area for cloth drying and walking. 6. New and clean personal washrooms with quality fittings 7. Parking space provided for bike 8. Desk and chair provided for working from home 9. Good high speed internet provided 10. Biometric access to the pg ensures safety For the quality that is provided, the pricing is justified Cons: 1. I am a big guy so felt like the bed size is a little small 2. Food can be improved I am undergoing the exit process from the pg and will provide an update on how my exit experience was once I am done Edit: The exit process was smooth and I have received the deposit back after a deduction of 4k. I did not face any hickups

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good quality cabinets and cupboards storage. The cleaning also is done daily. The access to the PG is not restricted with time and has biometric so thats good. There is spacious place to dry clothes and 3 washing machines available. The food is not good and needs alot of improvement. Otherwise the PG location and access is great. I was in 2 sharing and paid around 14k , yes expensive but it’s a luxurious PG and well maintained.
