Worst PG experience. 1. They did not return my advance amount and also threw away my luggage before my term end as I was not there 2. I vacated 15 days before my term ended due to personal reasons and packed all my belongings in boxes. 3. Before the term ended, I arranged a Porter pickup for my luggage, but in front of the Porter they refused to hand over my belongings. 4. Later, one of the residents shared pictures showing my stuff had been thrown away. 5. Rent was agreed at ₹8000, but during refund they suddenly claimed it was ₹8500. None of my 3 months’ receipts mention any pending ₹500 amount. 6. I had already given 1 month prior notice. 7. Room hygiene was very poor and dirty water issues were common. Another big plus is the location. It’s super close to Pritech Park, which makes it very convenient for me since I work there. A few things I appreciate about this PG are the 24/7 power backup, which ensures my work isn't interrupted, the reliable water supply, spacious rooms, daily cleaning service, strong security, wifi, washing machine, refrigerator and the fact that cooking is allowed. One of the best ladies pg in Bellandur. Also, Walkable distance from Ecospace, Bellandur. Three times food is also provided and they use the branded quality products to prepare food. Owners are very responsive and immediate actions are taken. Also, it is the best ladies pg near Ecospace and other major tech parks.
