“This is by far the worst PG to stay in. If a 0-rating option were available, I would definitely give that. There is no proper cleaning, and BBMP even came to seal the place because of their poor maintenance. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner kept blaming the tenants. Rooms are in very bad condition, there is no proper water supply, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and the owner talks very rudely. When returning our deposit, they behaved as if giving our own money back was a big favour. My room had fungus. If we open the window for ventilation, mosquitoes and bugs come in, and a bad smell enters the room because there is an empty land at the back with a lot of plants where the PG workers throw all the waste. It is full of garbage, so you won’t even feel like opening the window. There is cupboard leakage, a leaking flush tank, a non-working bidet, and many bed bugs. They expect tenants to wash bed covers themselves and never take responsibility for hygiene. BBMP sealed my room and two other rooms due to the extremely dirty washing machine area. Mahesh K★★★★★Terrible experience - waste of money I stayed here for a month, and it was a terrible experience. The "comfort" they mentioned in name of the PG nowhere to be seen in the rooms and services they provide The food quality is absolutely horrible, and the management is very arrogant , rude and unresponsive. There's no proper parking facility ,no power backup, and the hot water facility doesn't work continuously. I had informed the owner about the broken toilet even before joining, and they promised to fix it - but never did. Despite multiple follow ups, they kept delaying it, saying it couldn't be fixed for one room and would take time. It's really disappointing - calling a plumber is not a big deal, but they clearly wanted to cut costs instead of providing basic facilities. The owner is also very rude while I am vacating. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. it's a complete waste of money. I would not recommend joining this PG. Rating : 3/10

Basic amenities are not maintained, and cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. The food served is substandard, often lacking in quality, variety, and nutritional value. Moreover, the owners display a blatant disregard for the well-being of the tenants. They are unapproachable, selfish, and seem more interested in making a profit than providing a comfortable living environment. Given all these issues, I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for accommodation. Staying here is likely to lead to frustration and disappointment.
