I stayed in this PG and had a very disappointing experience. The most basic expectations like regular washroom and floor cleaning were not met. Even after repeatedly adjusting without complaints, there was no action taken for over a week, despite me being on leave and noticing the condition every day. When we finally raised the issue, we were blamed instead of being heard. This is not only unfair but deeply frustrating. Please find attached photos of the unclean washroom for reference. One of the worst experiences was during December's extreme cold, when there was no hot water in the washroom. I assumed there was an issue with the geyser, but later found out that the owner only used solar water heating to cut costs, even in winter. Despite requesting him multiple times, he ignored the issue and even got irritated when we brought it up. I had to bathe in cold water for almost a month, which affected my health badly. Moreover, I referred a friend just one month before leaving. The owner collected ₹9,500 from her — ₹7,000 as rent and ₹2,500 as advance. I appreciate whoever has brought up their concern. I'd say I went through the same thing - food doesn't come on time, and it finishes soon. As an owner, they should bring food according to the PG strength, since everyone is paying for it. If you have any concerns, he won't take accurate accountability; instead, he'll be rude. Rooms won't be cleaned for more than 3 days. If we complain, he'll reply rudely - very bad and horrible person 😤.

I have been staying in this pg for quite sometime and I must say, the owner is very understanding and the pg is well maintained as well. Incase of any small inconvenience it is taken care of immediately. Safety wise it’s one of the most safest pgs I have come across in Bangalore. The pg is well equipped all the facilities and would definitely recommend anyone I know to stay here.
