Never ever go to Zolo!!! Horrible experiences at Zolo Themis/Helios. Firstly there' won't be any proper power backup, they will say like diesel is over and mostly never turn on generator. Wifi is too slow. Mostly there will be no water in washrooms or heater won't be working or only hot water will come from all the taps including wash basin and hand pipes. Washing machines always occupied, we have to wait so long for that. Kitchens are always full of people and there also we have to wait so long for cooking. No enough parking facility available, most of the days I have to kept my bike outside. Road and front area of zolo is always full of water and dirt. Can't even walk through it. Bikes can't travel through that road if it rains. And most importantly read out the entire agreement carefully before joining, they won't give the full deposit back. There will be reductions in maintenance and also almost 2000 will be reducted if we won't stay for 12 months. And also there will be another charge to initiate notice period. And 350 for electricity bill per month, that is too high. So think thrice before going to Zolo Themis and Helios

Zolo Property is number one fraud, makes boys work. Does not give money by getting work done. The boys make money. There the maintenance is not good. The boys complained to me that they do not get money. After working for 10 days 12 days 15 days, they are driven away.
