I wish I could give this a lower score. There's no water half the time, constant power outages and fluctuations, rats all over the kitchen, cockroaches infesting everything, etc. The property manager never picks up his phone or responds to messages. The zolo helpline has been of no help whatsoever. People steal clothes pins and often will toss hanging clothes on to the ground in order to hang their own. Do NOT move into this place. I've been trying to move out for a month. You will face innumerable issues and you will not be heard.

I strongly recommend that people avoid this PG due to the extremely poor living standards and irresponsible management I have personally experienced. • There is no drinking water available most of the time. • Tap water supply is frequently unavailable. • The property manager does not listen to the constant issues that we, as tenants, are facing. • Even customer care is unresponsive and does not address our complaints. • They are charging a premium price, but the service provided is extremely poor. • Rats roam around the corridors at night, which raises serious hygiene and safety concerns. • Overall, tenant concerns are consistently ignored.

Please do not consider this zolo for your stay in Bangalore. They don't maintain hygeine at all even after complaining multiple times. Rooms are filled with cockroaches, bed bugs. Hot water supply has stopped and normal water is available only 3 times a day. Cctv coverage is not available and property manager is absent mostly.

Zolo Cortina is a disgrace! I paid ₹10k upfront, trusting your brand after researching Zolo Vedic. Promised a refund, I got triple-sharing instead of double. BED BUGS!! infested my clothes/bags, causing rashes! Filthy washrooms, no mirrors, stinky fridge, stained oven, sky-high bills despite minimal use. Shifted to a cramped ‘double’ room after endless complaints—tickets and calls ignored! Your promises are lies; your facilities are a health hazard. Who’s accountable for bed bugs carried home? Initially the PG was very good. But now it is just a way to make money for the department. The only thing manager and higher authorities care about is money. They keep changing rent structures on short basis. Rent has been increased about 3k in a year. Services getting reduced. First their used to be DTH services but now it is also removed. Now, WiFi goes off even if their is power cut for a moment as it is not connected to a UPS or so. For hot water, you need to wait till 8:30 a.m. in the morning (although sometimes only). I haven't tried the food but based on talking with other PG mates, they rate it as average or below average only. Yes, the PG still remains clean and all the garbage is collected in the parking which keeps smelling on multiple occasions

Additionally, the elevator was out of order, making it inconvenient to navigate the building. It seemed that the property manager's primary concern was confirming bookings rather than addressing resident concerns, leading to a lack of responsiveness. False promises were a common occurrence during my time here, adding to the overall disappointment. Moreover, the quality of the food provided was subpar, and the cleaning service was only average, evident by overflowing dustbins left unattended by the end of the day.
