“This is my honest review. The PG accommodation seems to has some concerning issues that potential tenants should be aware of before booking. On the positive side, the accommodation seems to have a spacious hall and a generally clean atmosphere.(depends on tenants) and a spacious parking ground. However, it is concerning that there is only one bathroom for seven people, which could result in long waiting times and inconvenience for everyone involved. Additionally, the presence of a dog that freely roams the kitchen and every room could be a problem for those with allergies or who are not comfortable around animals. It is also alarming that the dog drinks water from the same tap as the tenants, which raises questions about hygiene and cleanliness standards. Regarding the food provided, that it is average and manage. For me most significant concern is dishonestyof the owner. The fact that they change their word regarding the refund of the advance payment . I paid 2000 as advance and I was told 1000 would be refunded at the time of vacating the PG. But after I left I had to make multiple calls and to chase them for the money.Finally they gave ne just 500 Rs and and told me 1500 i”

“Owner could have tried acting as his career...He asks for money politely in advance. When it is over he demends more and warns like a rowdy. Dog roams everywhere inside the compound.where food is provided. He disrespects once money is given and warns saying he has goons to manage whatevr it comes.Unable to post this truth with 0 star..Hence giving one star..I should have taken the old reviews before going here”
