Expensive. Rooms are small, lack basic facilities: no wardrobes, not even hooks in the bathrooms to hang your clothes. Under the pretext of being an ashram, they make you leave your shoes outside. Heaven help you if it rains or one of the stray dogs makes off with them. There's a hut masquerading as a cafe. Extremely expensive. Cup of black coffee costs 50/- Other drinks consist of weird concoctions marked probiotic and whatnot. Forget about getting a beer here, you can't even get a coke.

I would have given 5 stars . But disappointed with few activites that we did as part of stay there. 1.Beach camping is really scary , they will only give tents, no washroom no lights and no emergency stuffs . Just bonfire and few people . It's really scary on an isolated island. 2. Kayaking was absolutely fun , must do activity 3. Surfing is absolutely fun Post activity we need to find people to help you with eating stuffs , morning we kept on waiting for fruits then left from place without having anything as we were supposed to travel a long way. Apart from all these ppl are really friendly, nice and down to earth . There is no bar of time enjoy as much as you can until it's unsafe or dark .

Don't go to Kayaking with these people. They only care for the people who stay there .. others they take for granted... We went for Kayaking in the morning. They had confirmed us for 7:00 am... After filling the form they said to wait for a instructor till 7:30 am. None turned up. Finally at 7:45 a guy gave us paddles and pushed our Kayaks to water. He said he will come. But he didn't come... We waited for long, he said he will bring one more gang and we will go together. They never came and we had to come back ourselves ... Very arrogant and pathetic is what I can say

Charges are 500 rs. They take you to the beach on the opposite side. There is so much construction going on that beach, so the road is a little off. There are better kayaking options available in mulki, like kayak boy kayaking. However, it was fun.

Best place to learn surfing and spend some quality time. The vibe is very good also has a small cafe with variety of food. The trainers are also very friendly and have a keen interest in making sure you learn the right way. Has a very good backwater view with some beautiful sunset view

The night camp was awesome and is totally safe. You would enjoy the mesmerising stars in the sky, warm bonfire, fishermen taking the 1km lengthy fishing net from the ocean with lots of fish caught in it. It is one of the very few surfing clubs in India and the instructors are very good and friendly. You need not necessarily know swimming to do surfing as the surf board is tied to the leg by a wire indeed it is fearless if you know swimming. Early morning kayaking was awesome.

Surfing swamis take really good care. Decent accomodation, rest is all self service. Food can be improved .

Very nice place for kayaking, you get positive vibes from the ambience Peaceful The instructor is very sweet & welcoming & will brief you well before kayaking do not worry if it's your first time they will always be there around to help & assist you. Ps: do not go in the afternoons . Had a great time though ♡

The first surf school in India! Mantra has an extremely chill vibe and it's great for a workation. The cafe opens up to the backwaters where you can witness an amazing sun set as you much on some delicious pizza! They have very knowledgeable instructors who will ensure that you learn surfing. However, to realistically surf on your own, you will need atleast 1-2 months.
