Why the score — what people flag

We booked a three-day stay online and made the full payment in advance. The resort sent us a booking confirmation email. However, on the day of check-in, the resort manager informed us that due to a software issue, our booking had not been recorded. As a solution, they offered to accommodate us in another nearby resort for the first night and then provide a regular room for the next two nights instead of the suite we had originally booked. By the time we received this information, we were already halfway to the resort and had no choice but to accept the arrangement. On the second day, upon arrival, we realized that the room provided was significantly smaller than the suite we had booked. However, no refund was offered. Instead, the resort claimed they would adjust the price difference with food expenses. That evening, we ordered non-vegetarian food for dinner. The staff informed us that it would be served at an outdoor table in front of the cottage. By nightfall, the area was swarming with bugs and flies, making it uncomfortable to eat outside. Place is very good but not value for Money the Manager who is there is not good he don’t know how to speak to customers when customer itself talking politely this person wants to speak rash to clients they eat lot of money in the name of service

Completely overhyped and overrated. No campfire, hot water barely works, and the outdoor jacuzzi is a total disaster — zero privacy, no door locks, and construction workers can literally see everything. Even after complaining and asking for a change, the staff didn’t care enough to fix anything. Poorly managed and not worth the money at all.

We stayed here in June 2025 for our first anniversary. While the overall experience didn’t quite meet our expectations, there were also some positives I’d like to acknowledge. The room wasn’t fully prepped before check-in — basic amenities like slippers, dental kits, and moisturizers were missing. Some decor items were dusty, and the main door had a technical issue and wouldn’t close initially. Though it was eventually fixed, such things are ideally checked in advance, especially with a 3-hour window between check-ins. We had planned this as a romantic, private weekend, but I ended up spending more time coordinating things with staff than relaxing with my partner. The hot tub experience was disappointing — the water was muddy, and it took over two hours for hot water to arrive. Even after several attempts to refill, the quality of water didn’t improve. Later we were told this was due to a pipe burst, which unfortunately couldn’t be resolved until the next morning. There was also a water leak inside the dome that left the sitting area wet despite their attempts to fix it. The view outside is really good, but from inside the dome, visibility is limited it's not very clear from the

Concept of dome-type accommodations may seem innovative, it's essential to consider the overall experience and value offered by a resort. My recent stay at Breathe left much to be desired. Despite the novelty of the dome rooms, similar accommodations are available elsewhere at a fraction of the cost. One of the most disappointing aspects was the limited food options and the inability to order ala carte after 8:30 PM. Additionally, the lack of amenities and activities within the resort made the stay feel lackluster. Moreover, the foul smell inside the tents due to heat, coupled with the absence of room fresheners, detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. In my opinion, the value for money at this resort falls short of expectations. Instead of investing in a stay here, I'd recommend exploring alternatives like Primerose, Trivik, or even Serai (though I'd consider it a last resort). These options offer a more fulfilling experience for what you pay. The overall experience didn't justify the high price tag. Considering the limited food options, lack of amenities, and issues with foul odors in the accommodations, there are definitely better choices available in the area. I ho

We were excited to visit the pace as it has great reviews online and great instagram profile. It’s a good experience to try out, but the price point for the experience is too high. The tents are very close to each other and the area of the proposal actually not too big to give the sense of privacy for the open baths. Our wc jet was broken, and they had no clue to repair it. The tents lack ventilation and gets really hot during the day. There is IKEA haul everywhere the curtains are cheap and keep flying. Luckily we went on a weekday and hence the resort was empty or there is no way to actually use the jacuzzi outside without being spotted. Lack of design and architecture is clearly visible. Staff is extremely polite and very helpful. Food was good, on the spicer side, but the chef did do the amends for us on the second day. They also arranged for a cake for my birthday at my wife’s request. We didn’t have hot water and my wife had to actually bathe in cold water after she was drenched in the bathroom by the broken WC JET. Great for exploring and experience, but not really worth the money.
