Why the score — what people flag
“Not worth the money, Not at all a place to stay especially for working professionals No complaint is taken seriously by the owner For getting the payment the owner called me thrice to book it and for returning deposit money I had to call 3 times in a day The way pictures which are shown, it's not the same at all, its very congested, in 4 sharing, all beds are next to each bed, no gap is there No action is taken if any problem is there, Lift doesn't work at all, and it's never fixed also after telling end no. of times. Some day suddenly water stops coming and I only had to go down to bring water from the maintenance staff's washroom in the middle of bath, After telling the staff and owner jet spray of the washroom needs to get changed, it was never got fixed, For food also within the food time mentioned as per the owner, the food gets finished and no one is responsible for that and I am asked to come early to have food, The owner will without informing charge extra money saying pads were dumped so everyone is paying, I also have to pay Rs. 100 for that Not only that maintenance was not done for single Rs. but still I was charged 2.5k in the name of maintenance For others it's only 1”

Sushmitha N★★★★★It' is not worth to give 1 star also , management is very poor, owner won't respond properly and don't give respect. All workers are rolling like a owners. You should keep on asking for basic facilities otherwise he won't respond. No peace everyday we should face maintenance issues.

You will find home like environment because of the people, thanks for making best memorable home like stay and being with me in ups and down. Special thanks to Owner, Devika and Fathima for always being there with me. They will treat you like a daughter and ask you how you doing. I think this is what we need when we stay away from family and home. I loved the food, there were no micromanagement at all when it comes to food plus you will get a chance to celebrate each festivals with festive special food and puja at PG.
