I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was far below expectations — I ordered one thing, and they kept delivering something completely different. When I tried to call and clarify, they rudely disconnected the line without resolving the issue. Even after raising complaints, there was no proper response or sense of accountability. Such poor service and unprofessional behavior completely ruin the stay experience. I would strongly advise the management to train their staff better and take customer feedback seriously. Definitely not recommended for anyone expecting decent service or hospitality.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had — avoid City Park Hotel in Gulbarga! I checked in on 7th April at 9:30 PM and it was a complete disaster from the start. They first gave me an unclean room on the 3rd floor, which was in terrible condition. After complaining, they shifted me to the 2nd floor, where the AC sounded like something out of a horror movie — loud and barely working. As if that wasn’t enough, they moved me again to another room where both the AC and windows were in pathetic condition. They even tried shifting me to yet another room, but by then it was clear that the entire property lacks basic standards and maintenance. Even after booking in advance, I was subjected to this poor service and constant room changes. Absolutely not worth the money or the stress. Booking this hotel is a foolish mistake, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stay away 😭

Hotel is situated very close to Railway station and that is the only positive point. I had booked a AC room and was allocated room full of cockroaches. On insisting, they changed the room. This room does not have a latch to close the door, so you don't feel very safe when sleeping. I was told there would be 24 hrs hot water, but even at 8 am there was no hot water. On checking with reception, they say they will give induction coil to heat the water. Seriously!! Stay away from this place. I have stayed at Mathura Inn (100 it's from this hotel) and it is much better when compared to this one.

Bad experience! We booked a room for 1 day and checked out 1.5 hours late. We informed the staff present there the previous night about this. But the guy who was at the desk in the morning says he was not informed of this and says we will be charged for 2 days! There was no reminder about check out from their end in the morning. When we argued, he asked us to pay 1.5 days. We refused and finally he relented. Very unethical staff. Also, the 2 mornings we were there, there was no hot water in the room. They threw away 5-6 buckets of water running the tap for hot water.

Not as expected when i heard reviews from my co workers.. room just kept basically ready for customers.. but not fully fledged cleanliness maintained like other reviews which i came to know about other hotels in same town.. in room u vl find dirty curtains like tat only since how many years not washed nor even cleaned also.. betsheets on bed r so dirt tat u have to think whether to proceed or no to use.. lift is always hang up somewhere in between.. One word.. Not upto the expectation... 0.5 star..

Had a bad experience.. Found 2 rats roaming all night in the room. Finally caught one by me and handed over to service guy. Hot water problem, front end was not so approachable nor polite. Not worth the money you spend (1500Rs) without breakfast. For basic thing you need to demand for it.

One of the worst hotel I ever visited. It was informed that ac room will cost 1200 per.. but they charged 1568.. didn't give any receipts, and didn't accept the card.. room was not at all clean, it was looking like they had not cleaned, didn't change the bedsheets after last check in. Floor was so dirty, even after asking to clean the floor they didn't clean. Food was worst, you can't even think of eating that food.

There was no AC functioning , No drinking water facility given , No coffee / Tea facility , name sake they given yesterday complementary breakfast one idly and vada...|I don't know they have charged INR 5600 for one and half day . With no basic facilities. No computer bills , no laundry inside , just escaped from the hell 🙄. Luckily I got train even I reminded to give wake up call they haven't turned up for that service also. Poor management. Just looting the tourist /traveler. I never seen or faced such type of behaviour from any of the hotels in India from my last 20 years of travel .||I request management to take care of customer / traveler . Give justice to your business ...

Pathetic It's near by timmapuri circle. Hotel room is good and small room and bathroom They charge 1432, no hot water available, they give coil to make hot water. If you are not in hurry you can opt this hotel. For the services they provide charges are too high. Not recommended .

I wish Google had negative staring. Worst people. I confirmed them thrice that we ll be reaching lodge by 2 AM in the morning and when we entered there, they said we don't have room and you have booked for 2 PM. Also their reaction was ruthless. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

Waste hotel they will say Wi-Fi but they don't provide Wi-Fi and there rooms are congested bed covers and bed sheets are ugly. Pls avoid this hotel if possible. They don't even provide you RO water as they have promised.

Room is with are cockroaches and bathroom also and mattress are also not good low quality and taking more price in this better prefer in oyo am not at all comfortable and no ventilator for the bathroom......
