“Very disappointing experience at Sangam Lodge. The biggest issue was the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the moment we arrived, there was no basic courtesy or respect shown to guests. Simple questions were answered with attitude, and concerns were brushed off without any effort to help. Hospitality seems to be completely lacking here. A lodge is part of the service industry, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to train their staff on how to treat customers. Because of this experience, I would not recommend Sangam Lodge to anyone.”

“Worst experience, I had a wedding program so booked 4 rooms ,some room had broken door , out of 4 rooms only one had geyser, dirt bedsheet, And the worst part was i came late around 2am and the the hotel was shuttered down. I had to opened it myself and went inside my room. Later I asked for extra blanket both the guys rejected to give me because they wanted ro sleeping and were sleeping on 2 blankets each.”
