I stayed at FF21-BGM for 5 months and gave notice one month prior to leaving. They mentioned that refund of deposit will be given within 3 months after leaving. Guess what? Now it's the 4th month after leaving still i haven't received anything. I tried contacting the person from FF21-BGM no response and I tried contacting the agent who referred me to FF21-BGM still no response. I recommend this place if you want to waste money and just need a place to crash.

Staff is very ambiguous about the pricing and deposits, with multiple piling up as you pay the registration fees. Following which my brothers budget was overshot, so I wanted to back out but apparently the registration fee is not refundable. Also, normal connectivity is really poor, have to come outside for reception

This pg does not return your deposit . I vacated on June 30th 2025 , according to the policy while taking the deposit they will take it immediately but while returning it they will return after 90 days for me which was September, it’s February now since December I am mailing them but till now they have not refunded my deposit .

Very bad experience, The staff feel like bots, every complain needs to be done via their app which they take days to respond, Added unnecessary charges during my stay, and aren't paying deposit money, All their responses seem automated bots, (the comments on these reviews as well) Everything is done via their app, it is extremely poor, unresponsive and their notifications dont work Overall the property is good but the rent is excessive compared to what they offer

I just hung around for a few weeks. At 3 AM, the staff and some tenants next door decided to throw a rave party, complete with shouting and dancing, and I got caught in the crossfire and disturb our sleep, just went to ask to enjoy their day with out disturbing others and they decided to have a brawl and my room door became collateral damage and some of my belongings. Made a complaint on them to near by police station and If you experience any difficulties and FF21 chooses to remain silent to safeguard their customers, go complain to nearest HAL police station cos cops needs more people to make a complaints on them so they can take a strong actions that’s what the cop told me.

Looks like the tenants think the common areas are their personal pan masala dumping grounds! Hygiene is a mess, food tastes like cardboard, management is on vacation, and the tenants are a colorful bunch! Escaped from that hellhole! Not a place for decent people, trust me!

The worst PG you can ever choose. The cost here doesn't compliment the living you'll get. Also the deposit or the bond amount you're giving, you'll never get it back. They stop responding after you join the PG to your queries. I would not recommend this PG to anyone at all. ‼️I have even mailed them whatsapp everything I tried Even I have the proof of their fraudulent activities. In my case I am going to approach consumer court.

Title: Absolutely Horrendous Experience - Avoid at All Costs Review: This is by far the worst PG I have ever encountered. They are nothing but scammers, looting people under the pretense of providing adequate food, services, and furniture. The level of cleanliness is abysmal; I even found a dead rat in my food, which is utterly unacceptable and disgusting. The room they initially showed us was large and seemingly comfortable, but the actual room we received was a tiny, cramped space that felt like a grave. Once we paid the full amount, the FF21 team became unreachable, refusing to answer any of our calls. The food quality is horrendous – watery dal, foul-smelling dishes, and inedible meals are the norms here. The entire premises are filled with a constant, unbearable stench. This place is a complete nightmare and an absolute rip-off. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this PG at all costs.

Scam alert- I checked for this property online and got in contact with the sales team, upon enquiring they said to come visit the place and pay 6k for room booking and 16k for double sharing, they showed me the dummy room which was very neat and clean and big however, as soon as i paid my money they throwed me in dingy room and said this is your room and i never checked in i denied but they said now we will not give your money back, so i request these people are scammers
