The food is very awful. The rooms as well as the halls are crowded with more than 10 members in a single flat. Poor maintenance and no hot water facilities. If you own a vehicle not advisable to choose this stay as there are a bunch of rats in the parking which cause a lot of menace and the owner doesn't even care about it. Due to the rat menace I lost 3k during the repair of my vehicle. I also lost a pair of clothes in the process of drying. Overall a very bad experience.

I was charged with extra rent. Maintenance is bad. the pg food is worse , cooks are made to use little ingredients for a big dish, sometimes you’d find particles of soap in the food. The water that they’re using is bad. The kitchen gets flooded in the rains, steps get wet. Also the water for drinking. washing machines are kept in the open and the water that comes form the machine is very little sometimes it take 3 hrs. I saw rats in the pg. “Problems are not solved or never get solved fast”. Some floors have heaters and some work on solar, the ones that work on solar never works. Overall, I don’t recommend staying in this pg.

The owner is so money minded and tries all the ways to rob you. Maintenance and food is the worst. They won't do any maintenance at all but she asks us to pay for it. Food is the worst and they give leftover food for the next day also.The menu is same from years. She will come and collect rent on time and she doesn't bother about our problems even if there is medical emergency. No facilities like wifi or lift. There are many better pgs in this area for lesser price and with good facilities. Owner should learn to communicate first and she doesn't have any concern for the girls who stay there. All she wants is money and she won't answer any complaints. They take full rent amount if even if you don't stay for months. I would never recommend anyone to go for this pg.

Worst place ever. Lost almost 15k worth of belongings, if not more. My locker was opened ( I locked it and took my keys home ) and all my stuff was gone . She never admitted her mistake. She told my mother, "she lost her stuff, it's her problem". Inspite of all this, she never bothered to change the locks of the cupboards. Don't even get me started on the hygiene and the facilities. Untidy and and the water is salty .Definetly not worthy of all the money you'll be paying. There are much much better PGs here.

Was looking for pgs and came across this one and this lady there who owns the pg lied to us on our face giving us fake promises . When I asked the other students over there they told me she was lying about the facilities etc. The beds were extremely small and rooms were very small . The lady also took 10thousand rupees as advance money from my mother and she told us she would keep a room for us . Later when me and my parents decided we were not interested in the pg she refused to give back our money even tho we did not even stay there for a day. Apparently she charges 5k as advance but idky she took 10k from me and I did not even stay there . The pg is a scam . I would not recommend anyone to stay there .my other friends who came from different places have alosi had a very hard time living here. It's definitely not worth the money.
