“Very poor experience with Square Inn Cosmopolitan, Bengaluru. The booking was made through Agoda with full advance payment. Despite this, the hotel demanded extra charges on arrival. I tried contacting the hotel multiple times, but there was no response. The hotel did not share its location despite repeated requests, and the location of Hotel Square Inn is also not visible on Google, which caused serious inconvenience. Unfortunately, even after contacting Agoda, no relief was provided. Due to lack of transparency and poor communication, this stay is not recommended.”

“I stayed at Collection O Hotel Cosmopolitan from was thoroughly disappointed. Here's why: *Room Issues* - Room was tiny, with barely enough space to move around. - The bed creaked and sagged, making it difficult to sleep. - The air conditioning unit was loud and didn't cool the room properly. - The bathroom was outdated, with a leaky faucet and a shower that didn't drain properly. *Poor Customer Service* - The front desk staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. - It took forever to get assistance with even the simplest requests. - When I complained about the room issues, the staff seemed unconcerned. *Hotel Amenities* - The hotel's Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. - The breakfast buffet was limited and overpriced. - The fitness center was small and poorly equipped. Overall, my stay at Collection O Hotel Cosmopolitan was a disappointment. With so many other great hotels in the area, I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here. “⸻ ⚠️ Strongly Avoid This Hotel – Unprofessional and Unhygienic Stay I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Square Inn, managed by Harsha Surya. We booked this property on Booking.com for a short stay during our airport transit, with a confirmed price of ₹1,540 (inclusive of all taxes). After the booking, the owner contacted me via WhatsApp offering airport pick-up and drop-off. When I asked for the exact hotel location, he avoided sharing it and kept persuading me to accept his transport offer. Upon arrival, his behavior completely changed. Initially, he allowed us to check in without any formalities. A few hours later, when I went to make the payment, he suddenly claimed the room cost ₹4,000 per night and started shouting aggressively. At one point, he even yelled that he could rent the same room for ₹20,000, which was completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Despite showing him the official Booking.com confirmation, he continued to argue and finally forced us to pay ₹2,800, leaving us no choice since it was late at night. The room conditions were equally terrible — bedsheets and linens were stained and had a bad odor, and there were cockroaches crawling all over the ”

The owner was extremely unprofessional and harassed me with invasive, inappropriate personal questions about my purpose for visiting the city. I felt targeted and cornered in a hostile environment. I was forced to pay the extra amount just to ensure my safety and get a room after a long journey. I have reported this incident and thankfully received a full refund after escalating the matter. Do not stay here if you value your privacy or your money. They do not respect confirmed bookings or the basic rights of guests. Avoid at all costs.”

vasanth s★★★★★AVIOD this hotel. We booked and had to repent choosing this place. Poorly managed and dirty beds and pillows. The pillows had fungus, when this was informed to the staff they just disappeared. AC was not working, room was stinking. No response even when visited the reception, they totally avoid after receiving payment. On the other hand, there was not one mat at the entrance when it rained outside, whole corridor was wet with dirty step marks. No toiletries in the room too. Don't go by the location and parking to select the hotel, you will make a mistake.

We received a booking confirmation through OYO and traveled a long distance expecting a smooth check-in process. However, upon arrival, we were informed that they were overbooked—apparently with more than 30 bookings despite only having 10 rooms available. The staff and management were uncooperative and dismissive, making us argue for nearly an hour just to get the room we’d already reserved. When we finally entered our room, it was clear that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority here. The room had a strong, stale odor as if it hadn’t been opened or aired out in ages. The bed itself smelled awful, and the pillows were in a disgusting state, stained and with stray hairs on them—indicating they hadn’t been changed or washed. The bathroom was even worse: not only was it dirty, but it was crawling with cockroaches, adding to the overall feeling of neglect and lack of basic hygiene. In the Oyo it says low price but when we get there they charge you more than double. Room was fine but the bathroom was not cleaned properly. He even ask us for a deposit of 5000 for the room to get the room key. Very rude and unprofessional manager. Everything advertised in the Oyo about this hotel is mismatched with what they are offering. The manager always bargain and ask for more money for unnecessary things. Very very bad experience. Others staffs are fine they don't even talk but this man in the front who is taking the check- ins is too greedy for money and so rude. If they don't want to sell the room for the mentioned price they shouldn't have advertised the same.
