Very poorly maintained hotel rooms. No toiletries provided. The bathrooms are a disaster. The door is above floor level at a height of two steps and aged people cannot get in easily. Also the doors are short so tall people will bump their heads while getting out. Even after changing rooms, the other ones had the same issue. No hot water. No parking space. Have to find a spot somewhere else if parking outside on the street is full.

This was perhaps the worst hospitality experience I've had so far. Where do I even start, we booked deluxe rooms but when we arrived they provided us standard rooms stating that the deluxe rooms weren't available. They made us shift rooms multiple times stating stupid reasons. They refused to provide basic amenities like drinking water, towels, soaps, etc. There were frequent power cuts and no backup power was provided. Saving the worst for the last, the staff and the owner have no understanding of hospitality; they were blatantly rude and misbehaved with me and my friends. We requested to use the washroom, which should be a basic amenity any hotel should provide, but they very rudely refused even the women in our group to use their common washroom. Do yourself a favour and do not stay at this place ever.

The most dusty and shady rooms you can ever find.. the person has such an attitude as if he owns the world. We ended up staying there and they don't even provide warm water to take bath plus the beds are smelly and filled with dust I fell ill had bug bites! Please do stay here unless u want some infection

Unprofessional service. Mild warm water, not at all hot water was available (while booking they mentioned 24 hours hot water). We had to ask for soap and towel, and there was no dustbin in one of our room. Staff was unprofessional. There is no parking basement, we have park on footpath side. Room is not good as you see online, sub standard rooms. Waste of money.

Customer service is pathetic. You may find communicating with staff difficult if you only know Hindi/English. Rooms are very small and not hygienic - bedsheets, comforter, toilet all yellowish. Bathrooms are bit damaged. The only good thing is it's location - located in main city. You may not find dedicated car parking area its weekend/long weekend.

I have traveled a number of places across the globe, never have I seen or experienced such horrendous behaviour from the staff and owner. They did not have the basic decency to provide washrooms to women. Moreover, they did not keep up with their promises to provide us with deluxe rooms at the stipulated time and harrased us by urging us to change rooms every now and then. This hotel is not at all recommended.

Allotted us Normal rooms for Deluxe Booking. Didn't provide amenities. We had to ask for water to which he replied to fill it from the common one. Suddenly increased the room rent at night. Made us very uncomfortable throughout our stay. They didn't even let us use the common washroom after we checked out even when we requested a lot of timyes.

This is hotel is the worst one,Staff are terrible. Rooms are not cleaned, i had a health issues after using that washroom.I got a alcohol bottle inside the table drawer. Bedsheet was not changed before check in, TV was not recharged, no parking space is available, hot water came only for 2 hr, I had a worst experience. When I asked for service the hotel receptionest was so rude and denied. I would suggest don't West money here, you will get disappointment here.

Average Place to stay at. They encash opportunity of no availability in fact. - Rooms are not that clean. - No Parking for 4 wheeler; yeah, they just have so called one parking behind the hotel in the Cooking Hall. (Be aware of Rats damaging Vehicle Cables). - Highly overpriced as compared to what they Provide. ₹500/- to ₹1000/- should be max they must charge for those single rooms. - Once they have received money they show tough approach to return. Please improve on your approach of Hospitality 🙏
