Very disappointing experience. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They do not know how to speak to residents properly and are very unprofessional in their behavior. The accommodation is not proper at all. The facilities are poorly maintained and not worth the amount they charge. On top of that, there are so many hidden charges that they never clearly explain at the beginning. The worst part is that when you are leaving, they ask you to pay additional charges, and they do not refund the deposit properly. In my case, there was no proper refund of the deposit at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Please think twice before choosing this PG/hostel.

Looks 10/10 on paper but deserves 0/10 for management behavior Place was good for living, however management was absolutely rude and gave bogus charges, deducted 2k randomly and refused to justify them stating things like “Who are you? You are no one” when we went to speak to them about it. And also for 3/4 days after leaving, did not pick up calls in regards to return of the deposit money. I was living on the first floor and 95% of the time, the face recognition system did not work and was such a hassle to deal with everyday. If you don’t know how to run a PG/hostel, please don’t run it. There is something known as basic decency and this, the management does not have. I was a college student living there for an internship, if you have kids, please be careful of these type of people. Would not recommend this place to anyone, such a scam.

This is my honest opinion of 89xquisit. I have lived here for almost 3 months and here is a summary of my experience. - The building is well made for the standard of an Indian PG but not something that I would describe as premium as the owner suggests. - The support staff is very helpful in spite of the differences with the management - There is no 24/7 hot water at least in my experience.(This is something that was promised by the management) - The Food service is one of the most expensive when compared to any other property in the area but the quality of vegetables being provided are substandard and of low nutritional value. - In the 3 months I have stayed there paneer was only served once. I think some PG’s in the area give better food for a more economical value - If you ever decide to stay here you will be FORCED to pay additional for the substandard food. If you ask the management you want to opt out of the food, the answer will be "You can leave the PG if you don't like the food". - On a number of days the quantity of food served has been inadequate. - The laundry equipment in the building is not fit for commercial use hence attracting a lot of restrictions from the manage

I'll never ever find a better place than this one. Trust me, I've been to many PG's (ZOLO, GREXTER, HELLOWORLD, etc.) and flats in Bangalore (including HSR Layout where it's too much costly), but the services they give, the security, the vibes and environment, the places around, all top restaurants (from cheap-affordable to fancy-costly), gym, etc. everything is available. They don't charge for move-in or move-out (but if you damage the property then it's chargeable). They don't have any hidden charges. I moved-in and moved-out smoothly. I really miss this place. Everything is well organized which I love the most. The owner and the staff are so polite and they always try their best to help you. BUT REMEMBER !!! It's colive but partially, as they don't allow any visitors to stay there and the girls and boys floors are different. But you can hangout as much as you can on the terrace 😉

Best Living Space Around the area. They provide everything and its all worth it. The food needs a bit improvement but considering the costs of living in Bangalore it's quite affordable. The Rent can seem high to people but the facility the management provides makes up for it. Staff is quite helpful too. You get common spaces and everything is so well planned in the building. -Please visit and the place, maybe you'll find the place you're looking for.
