“The pg is good and have good space in room but i found expensive even i am in double sharing and found more expensive because of the reason bellow. It is worst if you getting ground floor, because you can't sit in hall for a sec or else you will be wounded with mosquitos bites. Keys and locking is always Been problem since I joined . It's been 2 months and haven't got my door lock keys. We all use to order food in night but if it's coming after 1 am you have to go to security gate and pick it from there. And if you are coming late night , like 3 am or something you are not allowed to enter. Swimming is just closed, totally useless. Cheers to the zolo staff who works here they do good cleaning every alternate days. Comes to help whenever we need. Gym is small but good Indoor games are here- timing 6:00 -9:00 pm”

“Zolo Sumuk is not a good coliving pg . The maintenance is not up to par, and the parking space is limited, causing inconvenience. Even the water purifiers in the flats are not working properly. The Zolo property manager, Ramesh, isn't very friendly, which adds to the negative experience. If you plan to stay for a short period, like 1 or 2 weeks, you might be able to manage, but for a longer stay, you could face difficulties and discomfort. Unfortunately, Sumuk has now become a typical PG with these issues.”

Iyzon Rodrigues★★★★★Zolo sumuk is good compared to other properties they have but the while exiting they charged me for one day extra and have charged unexpected electricity bills which are way too higher than what they pay actually to the electric billing companies. I won't recommend you to choose zolo unless u don't have any other options.
