I have visited these PG, Owner is convience the people to the PG But they are charging high advance amount and high rent also ....and I observed that they is no chair in room , no mirrors in washroom , no congestive space and too much power shutdown issues....owner has very shouting and talk rubbish words with people careless answer he will be giving waste pg and waste food don't go this pg find ur respectable pgs

“Facing water issues here every single day. Even for basic toilet use in the morning, we are forced to store water in buckets beforehand. No matter how many times we call and inform, water comes only after a long delay, sometimes more than 30 minutes. People staying on the upper floors have to repeatedly come downstairs just to report the issue. It is extremely frustrating that even a basic necessity like water is not properly available. The situation becomes much worse during emergency toilet needs. Residents deserve a proper and permanent solution to this problem.”

No mirror in washroom Not allowed alcohol and smoke inside pg No curd afternoon times... Routine snacks... No facilities are there but taking high amount 😕

In my kind of I can tell you that Sri MTD is a good PG but I know actually you cannot say like everything is fine over there I did not now I was staying that 6 month so I had no other problems other as the PG owner is also a good time you can get a lot of friends as well as every shops are near by you actually the rent for two sharing is like 9k and three sharing it's 8k. & and four sharing is 6k
