“I had a very disappointing experience with this owner in Hampi, and I wouldn’t recommend them for the following reasons: Unprofessional and Money-Driven – The owner seems more focused on making money than providing a good experience. Every service, from rickshaws to hotels and activities, includes hidden commissions. Commission in Every Recommendation – Whether it's a rickshaw, coracle ride, or even a restaurant (where the rickshaw driver gets a free meal for bringing you), the owner only suggests options where they earn a commission, rather than what’s best for the guest. Unreliable Rickshaw Service – The rickshaw driver recommended by the owner was unprofessional. I paid him upfront, trusting the owner’s advice, but he refused to continue the service. I strongly advise against taking rickshaw recommendations from them. Poor Hotel Conditions – The rooms were dirty and cramped for the price. To make matters worse, the owner controlled the AC from his house and turned it off at 7 AM, even though our checkout was at 9 AM. This lack of consideration is unacceptable. Overall, I cannot recommend this place due to their unprofessional attitude, commission-driven approach, and poor h”

“There is no parking available at this homestay—only roadside parking. I strongly believe that a homestay should provide at least basic parking facilities; otherwise, it should not be listed. This was a major inconvenience during my stay.”

Commission in Everything – Whether it's a rickshaw, coracle ride, or even a place to eat(rickswala will get free meal if he bring you), the owner only recommends options where they earn a commission, rather than what's best for the guest. 3. Unreliable Rickshaw Service – The rickshaw driver suggested by the owner was unprofessional. I paid him in full upfront, trusting the owner's recommendation, but he refused to continue the service afterward. I strongly advise against taking rickshaw recommendations from them. 4. Hotel Rooms - Poor Hygiene & Shady AC Control – The rooms were unclean and unhygienic, with a space that felt too small for the price. The worst part? The AC button was controlled by the owner from his house! He turned off the AC at 7 AM just because our checkout was at 9 AM. This is unacceptable. Overall, I do not recommend this place due to the

Suma Lalita★★★★★We have booked rooms for 1850 per night and we needed to leave on emergency next day but the owner forced us pay 3000 per room. The rooms were very dirty and smelly. Lizards everywhere. No refreshing kit was provided but still demanded a lot more money than the rooms worth. We have got his contact through abhi home stays, we didn't contact him directly. This place is not advisable for tourists visiting hampi for the first time. He refused to show us the registration form when we asked why he charged extra money. And he was talking very rude. This shows how ethically the owner is.

We never committed on the number of days we would stay at your hotel. During the initial cost enquiry, you quoted the price to be 1800/day/room. During check out, you increased the cost and also refused to show us the registration form and other legal details. This shows how ethical you and your business are. Please don’t try to teach us business. We know better ways to sort this out.

Anupam Anand★★★★★The rating is only reflective of the price we paid for the rooms there. The rooms are like small bedrooms with attached bathrooms. While they had a solar heater, hot water was not available in the morning. Probably other visitors consumed it already. Better to have kept geyser. The homestay itself is slightly inside a lane which one may not like at first glance. Also, looks like all visitor rooms are on first floor while the host family uses the ground floor. Since they have a narrow iron stairs, it may not be comfortable for senior citizens or people who are xxl size. Bottom-line, consider that Hampi is not a tier 1 City so only basic facilities will be available. Assume you are visiting a relative who may not be very well to do . I still feel that despite booking long in advance, we clearly overpaid.

Cons- - we had booked two rooms and there were ac's in both rooms but they weren't working so it was discomforting with the heat of hampi so do talk about it earlier. - when we made small request to take us to different place which was nearer than where auto driver was going to take us , we had to pay extra which we didn't liked
