“It's with a heavy heart that I share my experience at this PG. I paid both the advance and rent upfront, only to find the room in a dreadful state. The odor was overpowering, and the walls were stained from the previous tenant's habit of spitting pan masala. The food quality was appalling; just one meal left me feeling ill. Despite my complaints, there was no improvement in cleanliness or service!!! After enduring three days of this, I decided to leave, but the PG incharge was harsh and refused to refund the full amount. It's truly disheartening to witness such neglect in a place that should offer basic comfort and care 😔💔”

PG Admission time the PG Incharge has told him 2000 advance and 6000 for rent payment. both payments are spot payment for before staying the PG. My friend has pay for both payment and staying here. The room was very smell and not cleaning well. Before staying person has using Pan Masala and spitting in room walls and corner. Next food, the food is very poor quality. My friend eats chappathi and he was vomitted. Because the chutney and sambar was bad smell and poor quality. Regarding this my friend complaint to the receptionist. But no use. No one person has carried about room cleaning and food. So he was three days only stayed in this PG. He was vecate the room and he was told the PG incharge regarding advance and balance rental amount. But the PG incharge treat very hardly to him and the amount also not given to him. Thousand rupee only given. 1.Room not hygiene. 2.poor quality of food. 3.un hygiene service. 4. very high cost when compared to other residencies. So please don't book in this PG and room.
