The supermarket has a monopoly so their services are not upto the mark. Some products have price variance of more than 100rs as compared to the prices prevailing in the market. Every home delivery takes more than 4 hours and even the staff is rude especially when you are getting things home delivered and you are having pets. They simply keep giving excuses that since you have pet no one is ready to come even though the pet is very friendly and doesn’t bark at them. Since all the employees are unfriendly with pets they keep on blaming pets and want to escape from giving delivery. Their reaction to dog is as if they have seen lion who is going to eat them within seconds.
