One of the worst PGs I have ever seen. Food is cooked in one PG and packed for the other, with dinner finished by 8 PM and no proper breakfast if you have office timings at 9. The caretaker is rude and lacks basic manners. Constant power cuts, water issues, and broken washing machines make living conditions terrible. The biggest issue is the attitude — once you join, you are treated like a servant and forced to follow whatever the caretaker says. Feels more like a jail than a PG. Food quality is also poor, with no consistency. Strongly not recommended.

Good place to stay if you are looking for good roommates but as per services not at all satisfied. The food got over early , problem with lift and electricity, less cleanliness . You will be shifted to many rooms just to sleep before finalising your own room . I prefer not to stay there again

Food is not good at all, They will count chapati and give. Staff will give sabzi only one time and asked for another time then they will behave in very rude way. They took 1 month to repair washing machine. There is no power back up facility. They took 2000 as maintenance and give no facilities at all.

I am writing this review to share the real experience about Guestinn PG and Aadhya Shri PG. Both PGs are run by the same owner. The condition of this PG is not good; once you visit, you can understand the situation yourself. The caretaker, Mahesh, behaves as if he is ruling the place and often speaks in a loud and aggressive manner even for small issues. Residents are also often asked to give positive reviews after joining, which does not reflect the real experience. Another issue is that food for both Guestinn PG and Aadhya Shri PG is prepared at one place, and the quality of the food is not good. Because of this, residents often face problems regarding food and basic facilities. Overall, management should focus more on improving facilities, food quality, and the behaviour towards residents so that people living away from their homes can have a comfortable and respectful environment. Please which kind of person are staying here and what the condition of room

I was there for just 2 days in a 3 sharing room and it was congested. No place to sit and work. Just 3 beds and cupboards were there. Washroom was clean and hot water is available for bath. Lift is also available.

This PG is very good for boys and it is well maintained and daily housekeeping, room cleaning and washrooms cleaning will be there and food is very good with varieties of dishes. The owner is very kind and cooperative person, he responds to the requests very quickly. Overall it’s a very nice PG in BTM layout.
