“WORST VILLA EXPERIENCE EVER – PLEASE STAY AWAY! From the very beginning, this place was a complete disaster. The entry itself was pathetic—no one was there to open the gate. We called the caretaker multiple times, but no one showed up to help with parking or anything else. You’re left standing there, clueless. Filthy pathways everywhere, poorly maintained and absolutely unhygienic. Once inside, the real horror begins. The villa is infested with mosquitoes and insects. You literally can’t sit anywhere without being bitten. The washrooms are dirty, with broken flushes, a foul smell, and no basic hygiene. The sofas are torn, and to make it worse, the beds were full of bed bugs. I ended up with rashes and skin irritation—utterly disgusting and unacceptable! We paid ₹20,000 for just one night, and it felt like daylight robbery. There’s only one caretaker who is also the cook—how can one person manage cleaning, cooking, maintenance, and guest support? The entire experience was miserable and mismanaged. And a very important warning to anyone reading this: DO NOT GET TRAPPED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS. They make it look beautiful online, but that’s all a lie. The reality is a total nightmare.”

The property is very old and poorly maintained The sofas were in terrible condition, and the swimming pool was unusable due to its poor state. Additionally, the outdoor area becomes a complete mess when it rains, making it extremely uncomfortable. They mentioned that there are 3 bathrooms, but there is just one bathroom inside the home which has a broken toilet and the other 2 bathrooms are outside the house. What made matters worse was the unjustified cost of ₹26,000, which is not acceptable given the condition of the property. While the person staying in the property was responsive, there was little he could do, as the place clearly requires significant renovation. If you’re booking via Airbnb, they might request you to cancel and pay directly, which prevents you from leaving a review on the platform. If you post a review on Google, the owner may respond by denying your stay. He/She is going to respond the same for my review as well. Sofas are in torned conditions , recliners were not working. Food taste was not up to the mark. Overall not a place to spend weekend .

The TV advertised as 55 inches was only 32 inches, which was misleading. I would not recommend this villa to anyone in its current condition

Yash Banka★★★★★There were multiple worse things about this place. 1> Only 2 washrooms which were untidy, one of which was outside of the house. 2> There is a very small television on tha hall maybe 32’’ which does not work! 3> None of the recliners work in the house 4> Last but not the least, comes the swimming pool. We had booked the property for this but when we arrived the pool water was green in color, completely dirty and unmaintained, clearly unfit for use. On asking for a change of water they said its not possible and it would take atleast a day. We could not use the pool.

From start to finish, it was marred by a series of disappointing incidents that made for a truly unpleasant stay. Upon arrival, we were shocked to discover worms floating in the tea pot provided in our room. This appalling oversight not only ruined our appetite but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the establishment. Adding insult to injury, the accommodation boasted only one attached bathroom, which was highly inconvenient for a group of guests. This lack of basic facilities significantly detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. To say that our experience at Kings Farmville was unpleasant would be an understatement. It was nothing short of a nightmare, with the presence of worms in the tea pot and the inadequacy of bathroom facilities contributing to a truly deadly stay experience.

They didn't change the water. Swimming pool floor was slippery. Water was looking dark green. After paying more than 20k for 1 night for 10 ppl it was not worth. Good points were Music system, projector setup, clean and spacious rooms
