“All the reviews about this PG and the owner are true based on my experience, and I do not recommend this PG to anyone. I stayed here for two months and paid ₹4,000 as advance. The owner said ₹2,000 would be refunded if I informed one month before vacating, but since it was 7 days late, the full refundable amount was not returned. I was also told that to get the advance amount back, I needed to give a Google review, as the owner has policies and procedures for everything. Hot water was available only from 7–10 AM, coffee/tea required extra payment if taken both morning and evening, there were no evening snacks, on some days the same sambar was served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and washrooms were not cleaned properly.”

“Worst pg , Don't join , if you join u will be suffer it is not secure. Fully money mindset owner they are not providing good food also . If u want join u will be mad . Joining time one time behaviour, vacate time one type behaviour. My wish don't join there .”

For silly reasons she will take money. Water, cleaning everything is not good, Don't go to this pg. Parents be aware before choosing this PG , along with owner the cooking lady not having the good behavior with PG girls......... Even the owner will say all the reviews are fake but it's dam true i have experienced it

star1 23★★★★★if you're noticing good reviews, it's because the owner told the tenants to rate good reviews to the pg. She's very money minded and collects fines/money for silly reasons. I'd suggest parents to be careful of this pg. I've left this pg myself. Initially I really loved this pg, then I noticed faults(fungus/mold on the walls of my single room, no complete privacy, heavy water leakage during rains, the fan being creaky, and the list goes on). The three sharing rooms, as per my observation is fine but the food is very bad. Parents, please be careful. If we don't pay the money fine, she'll not give the deposit back. Thank you.

Aarthi Ramachandran★★★★★Cleaning wise Aaroha paying guest is the best(daily cleaning),but while coming to food wise it is not that good, particularly afternoon food is too worst. Beside property people coming inside the ladies pg is not good. And, one more good thing management have kept tablets people who are feeling sick can take it,i think noone have done this. Other than food other maintenance is good so far.

The owner of the PG was very rude and money minded where the owner also collects the fines from the tenants if they are not agreeing/ following the rules which are setup by the owner. Food is pathetic and the rules are not all agreeable and suitable. Tenants needs to be back by 10:30pm in the pg which is not convenient to every person. Incase, if the tenants are not back by 10:30pm, they need to take owner permission which is like the tenants are under the control of the owner. I will not recommend this kind of pg at all which has this much rules and restrictions and regulations.
