I stayed almost 1 year overall everything good. Friendly owner. Easily we can reach Eco World tech park from this pg. Breakfast and dinner only we will get from the pg except weekend. On Saturday & Sunday 3 times food available.

Based on my stay of experience for a year. Pros: 1. Good and well maintained PG. 2. Near to tech parks. 3. Lift facilities available. 4. Surrounded with CCTV support. 5. Good wifi connection. 6. Food is manageable. 7. Friendly owner. Cons: 1. Need to travel far for any shopping or outings. 2. As of now no power generator was available, later may be fixed.

Based on my stay since a year Pros: Better ventilation, Both North and South Indian food is available, Close to the main road, and tech parks like Ecospace, Deloitte and Embassy Tech Village. Friendly owner Amenities are fine. Cons: Need to travel far for any shopping malls or outing. Occasionally water scarcity would be there as it's common in Bangalore due to the climate changes.

Best thing about this PG is ventilation, the owner Venkatesh is polite person but the food is not that much good but manageable.Since the PG is near ecoworld and ecospace techpark it is more convenient and affordable , also this PG is equipped with CC cameras across all the floors so security is not a concern.
