We had a very bad experience while checkout.. on 6th Feb 2024 me and my wife taking room for two days and paid a full payment..: but some of personal issues we have to check out on 7th feb 2024 morning instead of 8th feb 2024., and that time one of person called Mr Shaan (he is in the reception counter) said, for the purpose of refund, we have to give our bank details,…. We also provide our all the bank details to him… but till date we didn’t receive any refund money…. Now they said we don’t have any option to refund your money and that man called Mr Shaan talks very rudely with us.. So Don’t go ever to this hotel… instead of this you can choose any other good hotel in chikkamagaluru…:

I would like to inform, the hotel is very expensive for the the location it is in. Service is okish . For two days they did not come to clean the room. Food is horrible .And most importantly tell the lady in the reception to treat the guest in good manner . She was such a sick person to communicate. Very rude

The service is very poor for the restaurant. It takes minimum 1hr even if you order soup. I don't know how people rated it so high. Very much dissatisfied with their poor restaurant service. Only two elderly person servicing the whole crowd. Tourists are advised to avoid this restaurant as their choice of restaurant. This is not for a single day. The entire stay same problem persisted.

We paid for 2 rooms with king bed options infact the room rent was 1975/- per room on Cleartrip and we paid 6800 for the 2 rooms and when we reached the hotel in the night to our shock 1. Lift not working my old mother had to climb stairs after long travel 2. One room was twin beds put together to make a king bed it was a pathetic experience to sleep with the kids in between and when we said give us another room we were told all rooms are twin bed and room with king bed are booked This is really pathetic experience

It was the most worst restaurant and the late service and the literally you have to wait for 1 hour for only of the soup and only two elderly man’s were severing and they are not listening and we told then 3 times to bring cold drinks but we had to complaint to the manger but the manger doesn’t care and he the staff was very very very rude and didn’t pay attention and the tables were not even clean and the they were very late very slow very rude

The service I received was the most disappointing I have ever encountered. It is not recommended for family dining. The staff was extremely slow, and it took an hour for them to bring our food to the table.

Very bad experience from hotel. Staffs are very unpolite. Came for official purpose, charged extra a lot and didn't provide bills for anything. Room is very small and not worth the price. There are better hotels in the location. Try someother.

The bathroom and room are very very small....they stink badly due to lack of air circulation....the bathroom has mouldy and bad smell...sub standard hotel.... overpriced....breakfast buffet is a joke....better to eat outside in some other restaurant...regret staying here for night stop...

It is better you take a look at the rooms before you go ahead and make the payment. The rooms are too small for a family of 4. We had booked for a non-ac room, however, we were given an AC room and we're charged due to no fault of ours. The breakfast is yummy and the staff are too polite. Good luck!

Customer service and their response is too poor or worse. We discussed with hotel receptionist regarding booking of room and they agreed to certain price and later while booking they taken off their words and blaming we haven't don't any price discussion. Also their response to customers is too worse, as at least they should have minimum respect towards their customers. Having a good room is not sufficient, customers service and receptionist attitude towards customers also matter. In this case it's lot worse response

I am very regular to this hotel with my family, specially for the Dinner. But this time it was worst experience, we had ordered veg biryani and murg adharakhi. Mug Adrakhi was worst chicken was very very hard, and the egg preparation was stail, the biryani came on table it was stail ( Smelling ). My daughter fall sick from the same night. the experience this time was worst. We definitely can not take chance to go back with this kind of food. It’s been 5 year I am visiting this property with my family for dinner but from couple of month I feel that the quality of food has gone down. This time was worst and not acceptable.

The food was really horrible and not upto the prices they charge. This hotel just plays cheap tricks . First they, mentioned about the 10% discount, and then without asking us made the bill stating that we should have said before. And the way they were talking was really not professional. Heavy priced and not worth it. We took a 3 people room.. asked for the bed and blanket REPEATEDLY... they just gave a thin blanket . Really not worth the money they charge.

First of all location of the hotel is not good. Rooms are very very small as you can't walk inside the room if you staying two person and worst if you have kids. TV are there only for name shake. only few of free channels are comming. I booked two rooms and in my two night stay I called them 10 times but they never recharge the tv so unable to watch any of the entertainment/kids channel. Not atall recomended.
