We 6+2 members stayed in 3 rooms this hotel for one night on 30th May, 2022. All three rooms are stinking. The room staff is so non- responsive and arrogant. You’ll find bugs and cockroaches in the rooms. They charged 1500 per one non AC room and not provided even a soap. You don’t get even tea in this hotel and no nearby tea shops. Worst ever experience in all the ways.

This is one of the worst hotels you can book for stay, the staff here are with idiotic minds, we had booked room for 4 members but there were only 2 pillows, when asked for extra pillows, we had to have an unnecessary arguments for ½ hour just for an extra pillow, the staff behaves as if he owns a 10 Star hotel or something, DO NOT GET ATTRACTED by the photos they have uploaded and fake Approved by Karnataka Tourism board.. The rooms are very average for the rate they ask..

One of the worst stay. Staffs are very rude and uncivilised. They do not provide extra pillow, mosquito repellent (even a bare necessity like a mosquito coil) or any of the basic necessities even if we are ready to pay. Hot water "BOILING WATER" is available throughout but they Intentionally blocked the cold water supply because we had an argument for extra pillow. When questioned about the water supply, staff blamed us instead and picked up fight. On whole the most horrendous accommodation to say the least specially for females. Absolutely no ethics and security.

Unclean , dirty , dingy rooms. Front office folks were drunk. I will never ever think of staying here. Please do yourselves a favor by not staying here. I am not sure how some people can give this place even 1 star. I would give it some zero star if there was an option.
