“Sales team is pathetic as they don’t know how to deal with customers , in my view first of all the location is way out of city and pricing front too its on higher side. Maintenance charge for this apartment is way too high almost 3.5 rs per sqft and in future it will increase more.”

“Will never recommend to buy any property with Hiranandani, worst project in bangalore.building quality is worst, full of cracks and leakage. The location devanahalli project. Is not RERA approved project and Real apprecation value is half the value at which they are selling. Sales Person while purchasing tell all about the RERA, Offer , voucher , project details. The Moment you book the flat maintenance will start. About which CRM team or sales person will never informed you until registration is completed. . CRM team tell you that they don't know whom (sales person)you discussed while booking. CRM team rude , arrogant , attitude behaviour. Will start harrassing & torturing you for payment. Hiranandani Charge 11% interest rate per day delay on payment, no one will inform you, while booking, they send you person at home, who ask you to sign documents. Read the documents care fully , some where in size of 3 font it is written, so be careful. But during key handover they will take their own sweet time. KEERTHANA P★★★★★The House of Hiranandani villa property is not as secure as I expected. There are passages for villagers to move around inside the community, and anyone can easily enter the property. The sliding doors in the villas feel very flimsy and lack proper protection, which makes the stay feel quite unsettling. Additionally, there is another apartment inside the villa, so calling this a “gated community” doesn’t seem accurate. Overall, the lack of security and the design of the houses left me feeling uncomfortable.

House of Hiranandani is collecting huge amount in the form of fine and not helpful during registration phase. People please speak up and lets value for our money. Not waste our hard earned money on this looters. Also lets file case in group as they have to pay compensation charges on the delay in the project. All can not offered for Villas .What about the 2 / 3 bed room buyers. Pathetic selling process and hidden agendas by Hiranandani.

sudhanshu Poddar★★★★★The development is poorly planned without giving thought on the safety and security. Many internal roads are planned to be a public road. When you visit you will be tricked by the marketing guys showing only positives but living here for more than a year we came to know plethora of issues that current RWA is battling with HOH. HOH could not buy many land parcels within and around their development so you would see many new residential complexes coming left, right and center. In addition do not go by their marketing brochure. You will definitely not get what they show. And the funny thing is they show these landscaping , amenities to convey how premier the development is but when you scratch within you will find all that is marketing gimmick. Just make a thorough check. When you are enquiring about the property I suggest you connect with few (3-4) current RWA members to know the ground realities. It’s worth spending some time to understand the prevailing issues before you want to put your hard earned money. Thanks

I don’t think of buying property from Hiranandani nor recommending to anyone to buy. Rather we will discourage/urge people not to buy property from these guys Can't Imagine they took 8 years to complete such as small project like Calgary. They deserve zero stars
